Well today we finally got a pin code in the email, but our last name was spelled wrong it is also spelled wrong on the dvd. OUr last name is Rudolph, and they have it just Rud.....Will we still get to use the code? HELP

I would just call reservations.

We get pins in our cat's name all the time, with our name in the email address. I don't know how this happened, but they have always laughed and booked the package for us--sometimes they advise us to bring a copy of the email.

I hope its not big deal. I wonder how they got the cats name, I double checked the email, and its mine.

Just would just call them and tell them, I had this happen they wrote my name as Vera and its veraletta my last name was bolook and its Look.
I was able to use it I told them that I have lived in my house for over 26 years.
So the pin card was mine LOL.
