Ladies...you know me...I am the most vicious, snarkiest person when it comes to these reality shows but before Joe Moneybucks started tonight, I started to feel bad. I thought this was an American tragedy...taking this poor dumb schmuck who makes $19,000 a year (not that there's anything wrong with that) and propping him up for our collective laughter and derision ...THEN I watched the show. No sympathy...they all DESERVE IT!!! Uugh, despicable! Except dear, sweet adorable chocolate covered ZORA. Busy Dream morning ahead! Jeannie...ya wanna dance you say? hee hee...David's elementary school dance is Friday night...cmon down for a sight you won't believe!!! Really, we don't call it a dance....we call it a "Wiggle"...that's about all they can manage! But there is no sight cuter than a little kindergartener doing the macarena!!!! Soooo....I am on the committee and will be spending a lot of time at school this week. But I will check in this afternoon.

Sure was a quiet night last night.

Jeannie!! I haven't seen Joe Millionaire yet (taped it) so I will check out what you posted after I watch it.

Gotta go to the eye doctor this morning, then pick up a few things at the store. Exciting day, huh?

Hey Sherry! You always manage to sneat in before me.

Well doggies appt didn't go so hot. He has the hips of a 10-12 year old. And he has torn his ACL (knee is popped out of place). Dr. gave us some meds to see if it helps. Surgery would be upwards of $5000....We can't afford that. He seems to be ok. Just have to wait and see. The worst part is that the lady we got him from said, oh no there's no history of this in his family--yet the vet said it is genetic?

Another bit of bad news, my DB shipped out yesterday. We don't know where, but he said he would be in the "secondary staging area". Whatever that means.

Well, on that bit of depressing news, I am off to work.

Good Morning YaYa's!!!!

After talking with Jodie last night Im feeling a little better. Still not real happy but a little better.

Michele Im so sorry to hear about your doggie. I think the lady that sold you the dog is giving you a bit of a line because that type of ailment is genetic. I know several owners who have had the same thing happen to their dogs.

Well off to take Ry to school and me to work. Im snowed under again at work. I just cant seem to get out from under :0(

Michele, I am sorry to hear about your dog It could be that the breeder is also too stupid to check far back in the history to know. You know that maybe in the parents there was no history but she didn't bother to check back more than one generation. In short, I wouldn't hold much with what she said. There are good breeders and bad ones and there are certain breeds that are known for that hip problem too. I hope the meds help though! And your brother is in my thoughts and prayers. I hope he remains safe!

Jeannie, I saw that show last night too and I was dying when I saw Zora and Ethan. I hope he doesn't pick her... he deserves those other two catty women.

Last night after dinner I felt like just vegging out on the couch, and I have been doing that on the weekends in front of a warm cozy fire. I'll do what I can to help: Marilyn picks up a snowball and lets it fly! HA! Just hit Jodie right in the back of the head! What are YOU laughing at Red? Marilyn packs another one and gets Kim. A*HEM.... Two things came to mind when I read this.

1) The Beach Boys? I didn't know the music group was on the island! And they're helping the ladies with everything? Wow... Just let me know when the concert starts. I like their music.

Is there a Yaya meet scheduled this weekend at Disney World because GUESS WHOS GONNA BE THERE???????? ME!!!!! We decided today just to take a run up there. I would love to meet up with Jennifer and Debster and Michele if there is going to be a meet up there. We will be there from about 8 Friday Night to about 2 PM on Monday. Let me know!!!!
