Beth, hope your water heater issues are resolved. Sounds like too many visits for that. And, I know I've said it before, but I hope you are not overdoing. I know it is nice to have that nest egg growing some though. Will be praying that the knee surgery is quick and easy.

I'm going out of town!! Woohoo!!! We are leaving on Thursday to drive up to Natural Bridge Virginia to spend Easter!! We are going to drive up there on thursday afternoon and then stay through Easter Sunday. We will drive back Sunday afternoon. My brother and his wife might go too!!

I'm going out of town!! Woohoo!!! We are leaving on Thursday to drive up to Natural Bridge Virginia to spend Easter!! We are going to drive up there on thursday afternoon and then stay through Easter Sunday. We will drive back Sunday afternoon. My brother and his wife might go too!!

Had to get new tires after I picked Junior up from work. Junior also put new brakes on the van. Now we just need an oil change and we have an appt. for an alignment on Friday and the van *should* be ready for our FL trip.

Hi Everybody!! Whew! I have been one busy person.....just wanted to say hey...elt you know that all is well and thank you for the prayers and good thoughts for my dad a while ago. We got the news today that his tumor in his lung has shrunk...and there is only one. He will have to be monitored closely, but the radiation seems to have worked for now.

The job is great, the house is moving along and things are flat out crazy here. I wish I had more time to chat, but alas, time is marching on....right across my face it seems as times!!!

Sherry, normally I don't usually like getting stuff like that done on my car, but I could imagine when you think of it as preparing for a trip, it is a lot more exciting!!!

Hey...

So wanna hear the latest on the dishwasher saga? G'head ask me! They sent the wrong part!!! Does anyone at this company bother to do their job correctly? Threw minor temper tantrum and now they are over nighting ANOTHER part. Supposed to be here tonight. Jeez!! Oh... it's a Maytag, Suzanne. I hear you on the GE trouble though. We avoided them this time because of past experiences, and went with Maytag because their products have always treated us well. Until now. Actually though... out of the four Maytag products we bought, three are working beautifully, so I guess I'll try to focus on that. Sigh.

....and now it appears we need to bring in a plumber in order to finish the downstairs bathroom re do. Ugh. On the upside... I'm off to order a new couch today. Wheeee!

Finally broke down and decided to dry brush the brick hearth. Couldn't take that bright red terra cotta look next to the grey ceramic floor tile annnnymore.

Boo Boo Banderas was here! Haven't seen him in awhile girl, where you been hiding him?

Pretend I'm Kimmar and I'm STEALING a ketchup!!

I had a dentist appt. today but they didn't tell me it was like the last one where the drugs were necessary so since mom is down with food poisoning I had to take the baby, ie. therefore, and furthermore...i couldn't get it done so it now has to wait until summer! oh darn!

Then Ethan and I went to IHOP for breakfast! yummy! We had the cinnamon french toast with eggs and bacon! oh boy was it good!

Then we went to the Saturn place to get my tire fixed becasue it has a screw it in and I don't want to drive into the mountains with the potential for this thing to go poof!! But since I dropped in unexcpectedly they told me to come back around 2. will do!!

Then went to wallyworld and bought a portable dvd player for the backseat with two video screens so goons 1 and 2 can watch a movie while we are driving....6 hours with the kids in the car and no alcohol for me...would make for a long day! hehehehe

So I'm off to play with Ethan until time to go to Saturn!!

Had an early eye doc appointment.....can't see too well now
But did make it over to get the carpet ordered......not being installed until May though

Wow...Kimmie. That dishwasher has been a PITA.
Here we have all GE appliances....no problems with them at all. 20 years for them.
Except the dishwaser....that was a KitcheAid to start with. First applicance to be replace We do have a Maytag in that now.

Portable DVD players are great, Tara! I love mine for plane rides

Hi y'all... after lunch, I decided to go to the zoo... walked a lot but since it was crowded, I did an hour walk and just left w/o taking any real pics. If you didn't know it, I hate crowds

Sherry, did you get out to enjoy the weather today? I loved it here! Though I feel the humidity coming in for the storm we're going to get. Gorgeous earlier though.

LOL, Lily... I wish it were a lazy day here. I just find that not working at a desk, I rarely get to a computer before 9 am. Of course on Thursdays when i do the riddle, I make myself turn it on and do computer stuff first
