After seeing your beautiful necklace, I'm NOT telling my present It doesn't compare....but it is something I asked for, so I guess there's no one to blame.

Von, cornish game hen would be a lovely meal, but be sure he gets both halves! Get 2 birds and you've got a meal for yourself later. I like rice with cornish hens, preferably Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice Original Recipe. Good stuff. Be sure to serve a green veggie or tossed salad. Finish off with apple pie or apple crisp with ice cream and he'll have one happy tummy!!

I'm here again. Christmas decorations have been organized, boxed...and all boxes have been put away. YAY!!!! Feel so much better with that completed. Now I have to vacuum the room where the tree was and get my papasan chair setup the way I want it. Maybe I'll be able to read for an hour or two tonight.

Beth and Liz are making me hungry again!!! Had french toast and hash brown casserole from Cracker Barrel for lunch..YUM.

Ugh.....who wants to come vacuum for me?? Kitchen still needs to be cleaned too! Think I'm having a PB&J for supper tonight.

Ding, Ding, Ding to all who suggested it was Strep throat you win!!!I ended up taking him to the urgent care clinic tonight. It's afiliated with my health plan so i don't need a referral so i went tonight instead of waiting until tomorrow. No other sickies in the waiting area and a very short wait. It did take 3 of us to hold him down to get the swab of his throat. So he is a little miffed with me!! he is on Penecillian now and should be feeling better soon. i hope so anyway. Thanks for all the thoughts for him.

Matilda is hungry again so i gotta go eat. I'll be back later!
