Evening, all! Just wanted to drop in and say hello. Must be a day for that here in Virginia, since Tiara didn't stay, either. Worked hard--46 boxes in today's shipment. Got 'em all sorted and put out quite a bit of it before coming home to crash. Back hurts, right knee and left ankle are making nasty comments, too. Sheesh....just gonna find the heating pad and relax for a bit.

Got my BaB order today (was that fast or what??!!) The Beagle is adorable! He's dressed in a red plaid hunting cap and jacket (the hat is identical to ones worn by DH and DS!) He is sooo soft.

I bought the white cat for one of my coworkers who always lends a hand. It is so soft and cuddly!

Morning all,

Tara - loved the crib escape saga - reminded me of a night a long time ago when I was sitting on my living room and heard a crash....and a little blonde Christopher came toddling out of his bedroom (he had climbed from the crib to the bureau and jumped off) - it was "who did it and ran" from there on out....

Anyway - update on the homefront - I have done alot of thinking and realized it's not exactly right or fair to accuse Chris of something based solely on assumption - I told him that I paniced and that I should have spoken to him before accusing and I am very sorry that I chose to believe my perceptions over what he was telling me. So he and I are good at least. My husband is not talking to me about it at all and not talking to Chris at all - I'm thinking Cheetos - extra large bag.... We (meaning all 3 of us) have an appointment with Chris psychologist next Thursday - it's absolutely needed - I'm afraid that if something is not done now there will be no relationship between father and son (read this to mean it's much deeper that last weekends incident). So I thank you all for listening - if I'm distant you will know why - some days I just read but don't feel up to posting.

I'm off work today so I may be going to Circuit City with Chris - Alyssa wants a webcam for Christmas - he can help me pick it out. Clean th ehouse - maybe do some yard work.

I just noticed that the DIS censors **** out Boo Boo's name from my earlier post!!!

Nancy - the hunting outfit is sooooo cute! They were out of stock on the dog coat, so I got the regular hunting jacket instead. The hat looks just like DS's! Now it's going to be hard to keep the BaB hidden until Christmas. The real Gunny sniffed and approved the BaB Gunny and tried to steal him for his very own!!

Jeannie! You started the riots, didn't you???

Paula - I like the meeting with the Counselor. And I'm very happy that you talked things through with Chris. I hope things improve with your DH.

Lily and Elaine - give me an Ohio weather update. Is it getting any warmer? It's cold here - but supposed to warm up tomorrow!

DD is coming home from college tonight and then we are heading back to Pittsburgh tomorrow to see the Rockettes!! I will grab applications for all of us -- once they see the Ya Yas in action, there is no way that they wouldn't hire us!!!!

Paula, I'm so glad to hear you and Chris are on solid ground again. You made some very good points concerning accusing, based primarily on assumption. You're a loving and fair minded Mom. I will be thinking of the three of you and praying that DH's heart will soften a bit and that with the counselor's assistance, the relationship between them will begin to heal.

Holiday Exchange time!!

This year we will be having a Christmas present exchange.
This can be one larger present or multiple smaller ones.
They are to be wrapped....but they can be opened when they are received. We don't have to wait until Christmas.
And of course, you can always put in some extra things that aren't really presents.
MINIMUM is $20.

I will be taking names until 11-23.
Mail by date will be 12-5 (to accommodate those going to WDW).
Send me a PM if you want to play this year. I will then send you back a survey that will help your sistah or bother shop for you.
Names will go out the 23 ......or when all the surveys get back to me
