Good morning, Ya Ya family! Felt sooooo good to sleep in this morning--so nice to wake up naturally instead of when the alarm goes off! Gotta pay those bills, finish the laundry, iron the khakis, do a Wal Mart run and do SOMEthing about the mess we are living in at the moment. Working 2 jobs has NOT been good for keeping up my domestic goddess duties and the dust bunnies have become an entire city under the bed! I have a feeling I will be making a trip or two to the dumpster to get rid of some of this clutter that has just piled up and piled up. Hoping to find my dining room table under all the mail, coupons and bits of this and that
for ya, Karen. Glad the flower shop guy was such a hoot! It's one thing to offer sympathy and compassion, but some merchants are positively morbid. I'm in total agreement with Pam, too, about going ahead with your DL plans.
Rose Mary, I'm so sorry you weren't able to get what you wanted for WDW. We couldn't get it, either, when we tried 2 weeks ago! Just need our arrival night, we won't even be there for 12 hours, so we accepted AS-Mu. Figured all we need is bed and shower. Hope something opens up for you, soon! I've been told it works to just keep trying. Gotta say, too, that your story about the motorcycle guys had me just giggling!
Tara, I just KNEW there was less of you when I saw you walk in, Saturday!! Big congratulations for all your hard work! Soooo glad to hear the trip home was so much shorter and without incident, too. Let me tell you, everybody at the store is talking about you and asking when you'll be coming back! And it's NOT just because of the $$ you spent!!!
Jeannie-boo was here and I missed her!!

Hope all is well with you and yours--hard to believe you've already celebrated your first anniversary!
That is really weird about the post counters.
So, how's the Cinderella DVD, Nancy? Didja have time to watch it yet? How's that costume coming? Gotta think about one for me now--I found out last night that we are dressing up at the store for Halloween. Not sure how they'd feel about me wearing my Renaissance outfit that gives me cleavage.
Oh, Sherry!! That pic of little Caleb was just sooooo precious with the teddy bear! He looks like he's growing well and looking healthy! Just wanna cuddle the little darling.
Speaking of little darlings, I saw "my" little princesses this weekend! Sunday was our church's 130th birthday and they had big doings all day. Our former choir director and family came up from Richmond for the festivities and had the girls with them. I was totally unprepared for the rush of emotion that hit me when I saw them and was grateful that it was crowded so I had time to mop up the tears before I got my turn to greet Sara and her DH. Little Elizabeth lost her first tooth Saturday night and spent most of the time holding her lower lip open to show everyone! She was just aglow and told me the Tooth Fairy left her 4 nickels!! It was just sooooo good to see them all again.
Almost forgot to mention, I had trouble believing that was Alan in the clean-shaven pic! But, the twinkle in his eyes gave him away. Good look for you, fella!
Well, I guess I best get busy or nothing is going to get done today. I think I've been "playing" here for over an hour now, and I really need to get myself in gear. Catch ya'll later!
