( I think it is different when hubby and wife are in one bed and the kids in the other. It would be me in one bed with 2 kids  not very comfy!! hehhe You all are gonna love seeing the animals outside your window when you wake up in the morning. I enjoyed just sitting on the porch after the youngins were asleep!!!

Nancy, I'm going to have to politely decline the cookies, but I do want to ask:

What did you do with the rest of the moles? Was Pam involved in this somehow?

Orli is still waiting for you to get to that shirt.
OMG... Alan, I love you for that pic!!!!!!! :love2:

Awww, Nancy, sorry you don't have Boston Market. Luis and I love them! And thanks but no thanks on the cookies... stuffed due to GS cookies :teeth:

Tara, maybe you should ask Pam to help you bake... would at leat get interesting looks as they went by the cookies and all :p

SIL called and they are flying her by helicopter to Cleveland Metro Health. Her BP is very high and they cannot figure out why. :( She is feeling horrible right now, too. If they can't figure it out in 2 weeks, they are going to deliver the baby early. She will be 7 mos. in 2 weeks. :( Please send lots of prayers and PD her way.

Sherry Im so sorry to hear she is not doing any better. I hope they can help her out and that she and the baby remain safe.

Hmmm...isn't that the part that Pam would want? ;)
The rest of the moles are still in my yard......waiting for a pick-up so Pam can start the stew.

Sherry....loads of P&PD headed your way for SIL. How very scary for you all. I do hope everything works out for the best.

Okay...cookies are headed to Dave's work....since no one here wants any :p
See if I bake for you all anymore!!

Sherry, saying prayers for your SIL... please keep us posted when you can on her condition

:wave2: Hi Deena, Bonnie & Nancy

stuffy head here... need to figure out dinner and start some laundry

Changed Lily's picture. I like this one better.

Off to get some popcorn....have a good evening everyone.

Nancy, I do love that newer pic! And when did you put that smilie in your sig? :teeth:

Bought a sewing machine... was going for a Singer but picked up a Brother instead since they were about $20 cheaper. I'll work on the hems this weekend. Did some practice stitching... as easy as I remember it being years ago :)

Ohhh...awhile back when Todd was assigning smilies to everyone. I think he added his too ;)

Yay...a new toy ;)

Hi all!
Awww geee, I missed the cookies.
Elaine, great that you got a hemming machine!
Sherry, Prayers for SIL.
Alan, nice pic.

Not much else going here.

Yep, loving new toys... after I hem the pants up, I'll decide if I want to try to make anything else :teeth:

I must have missed it when you added it to your sig Nancy... but I've been kind of obvlivious to a lot lately

Tired here... 'nite all!

Whew, another long, busy day! Just got home from having dinner with Jellybean, we had a GREAT time!! Went to ESPN Zone and were very bad--we ALL had dessert  Took a few pix to document the event, but don't have time to upload tonight. Will try to get it done tomorrow.

Sherry, keeping your SIL in my prayers. So sorry she had to be medivaced! Hope the docs can figure everything out and get her and the baby taken care of. Sending out that PD fairy, too, with LOTS of PD for them!

Poor Orli, needs a shirt to cover his tummy :rotfl:

So, Elaine, how do you like the Brother machine? I've never tried one, but haven't heard anything bad about them. Hope it works well for you! So what material have you chosen for Orli's shirt?!

Nancy, Lily is sure stylin' in her rain gear! Looking good!!! BTW, molasses cookies are welcome here--I love 'em!! Unfortunately, so do my hips
Old Spaghetti Factory is a great idea, I think. I've been there and loved it!

Alan!! :rotfl: moles!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

 to all the rest of ya'll. Pillow is calling........... Night, all! :grouphug:

I really am tired, I just clobbered my post. Take two:

Deena, all of that stuff is extra hive formula for me. Got two bar soaps I can use (Tone and Neutrogena) and fortunately, I can use any non floral B&BW shower cream!

Lainey, you took that picture on the France side of the waterway into the world showcase lagoon. I dunno, Orli's belly button looks off center! You did good with the Brother machine. I've got a Kenmore that is bulletproof, but I'd gladly buy a Brother. Learned sewing by osmosis-mom is a 'professional' seamstress-got a scrapbook of the 200 or so wedding dresses she made. Those dresses paid for her house on LI!

Tara, if you hit the deals right, Poly! The rooms are HUGE! There's a daybed in each room, so at least Jarrod can have his own bed, and you'd only share with Ethan.

Lily, leg is still attached, lol. I'm gonna be sneaker girl for a few days-no pretty dress shoes for me!

I am SO PROUD of my husband. Long story short:He sold an Indy topper on ebay. Buyer didn't realize it was a topper, and was buying it as a gift for her son's 5th b'day on Friday. My wonderful husband realized this at midnight last night, and diplomatically offered up Kevin's Indy Fedora as he didn't want the little boy to be disappointed with the topper. We can always get Kevin another one. This mom had sent Ed an email thanking him. Her little boy hums the theme song in his sleep! He boxed up the fedora, addressed it and as soon as he heard back this morning, he sent it out. He was so worried that his listing was misleading-she emailed back that she was the one at fault, and that he was so nice about it. I teared up when he read me the correspondence back and forth. He's a keeper!

Okay, the details on the trip:

We headed out around noon on Sunday. It'd been raining off and on for the past day, and we figured we'd have a rainy day. Had some traffic issues, and got to Pop around two. Purposely brought Jane through the purple gates, since she hadn't seen them since '99!

After dropping our stuff off, we headed over to MK around 4. I pushed the chair up the ramp-I cannot see how anyone self propelling a wheelchair can get up that incline! Once in MK, She rented an ECV.

Shopped through the Emporium (note to Liz and Nancy-new toppers). Went over to the Haunted Mansion. Ed and the Kids got to see the Key Corridor for the first time and I rode with Jane, pointing out the hidden mickeys (official and otherwise) and the hidden Donald. Next up was Peter Pan and Philharmagic. Kevin insisted on Indycars, so I went with the boys. After that, the kids wanted TTA, and Ed and Jane did Buzz Lightyear. They got stopped in one of the rooms and Ed discovered that if you hit 600,000, you get an error message! By that time, it was 20 to 8 and close to Wishes time. Very windy, nearly deserted park due to the earlier rain. Then we monorailed over to the Poly for dinner at 'Ohana. Got to use the Disney Dining Experience Card for the first time, it is soo worth it! Back to the room by 11:30.

Next day, we got to Epcot around 12:30 after lunching in the food court (Ed and the boys had some pool time). We did almost everything in Future world and Ed finally got to ride Mission Space (thanks big sis, for keeping an eye on the kids!). At this point, I realized that I forgot Neil's meds in the room, so Neil and I drive back to Pop, get his meds and go back...Ed, Jane and Kevin did two rides in the time we were gone, plus they went to Turtle Talk, too. (Bummed that I missed Crush, dude!)

Walked around the World showcase counter clockwise...Jane wanted to shop in England, so Ed and I let the kids do a Kidcot center and plopped down on the comfy chairs in the Toy Soldier. While resting, Piglet showed up-I don't think I'd ever seen Piglet before! Got pics with him. We decided we were getting hungry, so I call for a priority seating at Biergarten while we walk over that way! We get there 1/2 hour before our time, and they told us it'd be 55 minutes, but we were seated in 15. Not even enough time to buy a bottle of wine, lol. Kids decide after they'd eaten their fill that they want to go back to the hotel, so we skip IllumiNations, but do ride Maelstrom before leaving. It's funny how moving here has relaxed me-I can deal with missing IllumiNations, lol.

Back to the room. I really needed a bath because of the soreness and itchies and Ed and Jane wanted 'lovely beverages' due to the meltdowns we endured (Neil had a hard time keeping control), so off they went to the lounge and I had a nice soak with a good book.

Tuesday am, we checked out and shopped at Downtown Disney. Oh my, we were soo bad. Jane would hand me money for whatever thing she was chipping in on, and it went to the topper fund! Went to Mickey's Mart first (the 10 buck and less place) and found Binford Toppers, AK Mickey toppers, St Patty's WDW toppers, Bunny Pooh toppers, etc.

Decided to head back to MK and we did a good job of hitting the rides we missed the other day. No mountains this trip, though. PoTC CM didn't want to take Jane down to load and told them to go through the regular queue. Ed presented Neil's GAC and the CM said they wouldn't alternate entrance Neil (who sometimes freaks in crowds). Kids tortured me by insisting ont the Treehouse (this after I'd been stomped and kicked a few times by people in a rush to get past the wheelchair). Jane was happy, she and I did Stitch's Alien Encounter...love that change to AE! Carousel of Progress was running, and we experienced the Lemming Effect. This woman sees a bunch of us going over to the ride, follows and asks "is this a scary ride?", "Is it gonna make me sick?". Too funny!

At one point, the boys asked for ice cream, and Ed chanted 'Dole Whip Dole Whip Dole Whip', so I had to convince Neil that the ice cream at Aloha Isle is just as good as the stuff at Mrs. Potts cupboard. As we walked over there, Jane tells me to get a PS for a character meal-and out comes the cell phone. Got a 7pm seating at Crystal Palace and this meal 'paid' for the DDE, we saved a little more than the amount it cost in the three days on property.

We left the MK at around 8:30 and got a few great shots of the castle. BTW, The castle has gold 'filigree' around some the spires and gold characters, too. I probably will upload my pics to Imagestation by Saturday and will link them.

Okay, I'm long winded, but people wanted details...got too many!

That shopping will probably make my exchangee happy-found a few things that my 'sistah' will like.

Okay, I was gonna go to bed at 10...too late for that.

ten of you have probably sneated as I monster posted!

Thanks to Auntie Bethie :teeth:

Glad you had a nice dinner with Karen.

Suzanne....awww....that was so sweet of Ed :) Yes, definately a keeper.
Your trip sounds great.....I want a trip :( Soon!!
New toppers!! :hyper:  I like the sound of those words ::yes::

Went to Mickey's Mart first (the 10 buck and less place) and found Binford Toppers, AK Mickey toppers, St Patty's WDW toppers, Bunny Pooh toppers, etc.

Oh my!! :bounce:

Morning all! Sleepy... and it's snowing again... I hate winter :(

Before I say anything else to anyone else...

ORLI DOES NOT NEED HIS TUMMY COVERED OR A NEW SHIRT!!!!!

thank you... carry on ;)

:p

Bethie, I cannot wait to see your pics from last night. And nothing wrong with dessert at all! I happen to think it's the best part of a meal! Oh the Brother machine? It seems just fine to me. Works better than the old dying Singer I had. I haven't really done a lot with it... just did the whole bobbin thing (just making sure it worked right even though they had a mostly loaded bobbin in there) and messed with a couple of stitches... going to probably take some old nasty pants and play with them for the hem stitch to see how it is. I kind of hope Luis will be gone so I can play in peace... and I need to find out where the heck to put the machine.

Oh oops Suzanne, I meant to ask what *is* there now. I always take it from the exact same angle, but last time I looked I can't recall what was there... I think 2 bikes, a boat & an easle. The time before that was just the bike and the painting of the international gateway. Can't find a copy of what I used to have.
Awww that was so sweet what Ed did :)
ANd great trip!!! Sounds like y'all had a great time!

Ugh been working on this for too long for some reason. Catch y'all later :)

Good Morning!

Thanks for all the P&PD for my SIL.

SIL ended up going by ambulance to Metro Health yesterday. The weather was too bad for her to fly. She said she might be there a few days. They started giving her steroids last night to open up the baby's lungs, in case they have to take him early. :(

Love Lily's new outfit. :)

Suzanne, what a sweet thing for Ed to do. ::yes::

Sherry, continued prayers for your SIL. To give you a little hope... way back in 1974 my brother was born over 2 months premature. He was a wee little thing at 4 pounds 4 oz... obviously he came out okay. And back then a baby that size/age wasn't expected to live. Now I know someone who's baby was born 3 months premature at 1 pound and some odd ounces and is 6 or 7 years old and perfectly healthy now :)

I was looking up stuff online for a friend and stumbled across WDW pics... this should be done by the time the majority of us go there for our trips :)

Not sure how I feel though...
