I hate the slow season at work. That's why I take off nearly half of December almost every year.

JRKaren, I've seen the cold-ez things as well. I've used them and work about as well as the tablets I take. It's just whichever taste I feel like enduring... although the tablets are cheaper so I usually stick to those.

Lily, thanks for ther cooties be gone. I think this should be gone by the end of the week (I hope) as long as I can get some sleep tonight
Don't work too hard though.

I spoiled myself at lunch by going to B&BW and getting some Creme Brulee scented stuff out of the Tutti Dulci line... good stuff! All my friends here now want it Tonight after work I am helping my dad buy a cell phone, nap a little and help a friend with some hotel stuff. Then sleep

she's back, she's back!!!!


Someone picked Patches up and then mom said they couldn't keep her so the boys took her to a vet near them. The vet called the animal control folks and when they picked her up they immediately knew who she was!! They called my brother and he went to get her!!


so our family is intact again. Thanks to all the yaya p and pd she is back!!

My nephew spent the afternoon here with us. He just left about 20 minutes ago. I love when he's here.

Well, Junior did wake up this morning, got dressed and was all set to come with me, but I told him no he had to stay home. LOL I managed to get a couple of his gifts out of the way. When I got back we both went out to Sam's. He wanted a Turkey Fryer, so that solved my making 3 turkey's.

Polar Express was WONDERFUL!! I loved it. I will go again next week with Christin.
Got Christin the bell for her stocking and book mark (the ticket) for me and her I'm such a softy.
The animation was amazing too!!

Fried turkey is so good, Sherry. And so quick too

Got my 3 copies of Harry Potter today......more Christimas done.
All done now except to wait for some DVD release dates to come.
Tomorrow the wrapping starts

Yay for more exchanges being on their way.
Now if mine would just arrive

Still waiting on all my gifts to arrive. Tracking says next week at the latest. One package is taking forever to get here though... coming from Nevada. No worries, I have a while to wrap them

speaking of packages... usps still doesn't have mine tracked... they said it was going to be delivered today So if you got the package please let me know. I am stopping by the PO tomorrow if nothing shows up. If they lost it, I will be so ticked and will never use the automated center again!

Nancy glad you liked Polar Express. DS#2 can't believe we haven't gon to see it yet. Last Friday date night we went to see Neverland. I absolutely LOVED that one. I don't know if it is because Peter Pan is one of my favorite plays/movies or just because it was that good, probably both.

Must get that HP dvd. Must get it yes!

Elaine, sorry about your PO woes. I stopped by the delivery place just now and was turned away because they did not have paperworwk needed to fill out to send my package. So, tomorrow a.m. it is off to the PO with it then, forget FedEx.
Tara, Yippee!! I just know how happy you all are. It is so stressful to go through. Glad you had a happy ending.

Work wasn't so bad after all. I am so glad of that. I have a ton for tomorrow though. It will make the day go oh so fast!

Kids LOVED the new Harry Potter. We surprised them with it-picked it up, picked them up, then headed over to mom's. Ed trucked all her patio furniture over to the new house, then we had a nice pot roast for dinner. Ed and the boys will head back over tomorrow to move the washer and dryer.

Yay, Patches is Back.
Woohoo, Nancy enjoyed Polar Express...I think we're hitting the drive in for that.

Off to bed I go, gotta get some soda in the morning to fill up Suzanne's Soda Shop at the store. I do this every year so that my staff doesn't have to brave the food court lines. My old store is already lamenting the fact that they won't have it this year!
