Well, Jarrod LOVED his new school. I walked in and he was playing quietly and talking to the teacher and the teacher immediately told me how great he was and how well behaved he was. I just knew he was going to be kicked out for being a handful, but apparently he showed them how good he could be when he wanted to. So she is going to welcome him back in 2 weeks when we start here full time.

I am surviving the night with him away. I went to my gma's house and then my mom and I went to P.F Chang's china Bistro for dinner. MMMMMM it was good! Then i knew I was depressed b/c I walked out of there so full I couldn't see straight and walked into a Stone Cold Creamery (or was it Cold Stone Creamery, can't remember) and ordered the Gotta Have It Cookie Doughn'tcha Want it or something like that. couldn't eat the whole thing, I thought I was going to explode!

I survived my son being away from home. I was a little off though, b/c I had ice cream left over that I brought home and put away. Well, I put it in the fridge instead of the freezer, so I have ice cream soup now in a soggy waffle bowl!! lol!

I thought that the one thing about DS being away for the night would be that i could sleep in this moring. NO SUCH LUCK!!! I was sleeping away when the phone started screeching at 7:05. I checked it's caller id and it was my son's father's number. I answered it thinking there was a problem and this sweet little voice said, "Hi mommy" I wanted to cry again. I talked to him and his dad for just a few minutes. Dad said that DS went to bed around 9 (an hour past bedtime) and slept for a couple hours and then got up wanting milk (never does this at home), gave him milk, put him back to bed, then he was up to go potty, back to bed, then up to sleep in dad's bed, proceeded to kick and squirm for the next 3 to 4 hours (all of which I think dad was awake) before finally going back to sleep for an hour or two and then being up at 630. Needless to say dad is a bit tired today! hehehehe

Must run. GMA is having a chest tube put in today to try and help her breathing. We are not doing anything to prolong life now, we only want her to be comfortable. Thanks for all the well wishes I've gotten the last couple of times I've been whiniing. I keep all of those with me to know there are people that care. (even ones I've never "met"!)

Happy Birthday Johnathan and Rose Mary! Pass the cake! I have liquid ice cream if you want some!! hehehe

Tara-Prayers for your GMA and her comfort! You made it thru
one night! Yay for you. It gets easier but, if you are overprotective like I am, there is always something you are
worried about. I worry about the stupidest things and my DS is 11. I don't want him to grow up to be a wimp so, I'm trying to
get better and keep my insecurities to myself but, him being my ONE and ONLY it sure is hard.
