Workout 45 minute on the treadmill this morning. Still hard to wake up at 5am.
I've been doing really good with eatting. I have an advantage of having a DH that works for Schwan's so I can get a lot of easy to cook low cal meals at employee discounts.
Haven't told anyone other than my DH that I'm trying to change my Health lifestyle. For some reason I feel like if I tell people I have a greater chance of failure. Does anyone else feel this way or am I crazy?

. Yesterday it was 3 cans
. Really have to work on that. I haven't started walking yet. I chased my boys all day yesterday and today and didn't bother to exercise after that.
) But it was a great day.
I got angry with myself, but then decided that what's done is done, and tomorrow is another day.

Shows just how bad my diet has been over the past weeks!!
