Thanks, Elaine. It was after 2:00 am when I posted that and I had to really sit and think about what I said. This is a separate thread, you don't have to open it up and read it - I was never interested in This Day In History but I never rudely commented on it. Oh well..... to each his own.

I truly find a little of everything here - support, laughs, current news, usually interesting topics to discuss......

Pam, I used to read her threads and reply on them but after a while I stopped for whatever reason. I just got bored replying "Thanks" to them (I never had much to say about the facts). I agree though, I never went and said cruel things like that and I think that and I never would. I totally understand that what is good for one isn't necessarily good for another. And as you said... to each their own I guess.

Oh and Pam, Kimmie's a sweetie with support there, isn't she?

Ugh... will this rain go away??? I really really wanted to paint my swing. I was going to get a nice enamel paint so it didn't chip easily but the rain is stopping me from doing that. I don't mind the cold, but the rain would be the one to kill it for me.

I posted to the thread as well, since I interpreted it to be yet another thinly veiled homage to a not-so-recently departed CB Good Doctor, who is no longer among us (at least not posting) and I will PM ANYONE who wants to know what I am talking about.

I was chatting about this with gemmie and what it boils down to, is the CBers are not responsible for people getting banned, it is the people who are banned, and the Webmasters who make the decisions. You don't like it? Plead you case with the webmasters, or find a new place to post if this place is so bad.

JMHO and all. (here's hoping this gets buried in Ya Ya land, lest I be branded a rabble rouser! )

Pam--send her a PM. She doesn't always go back and revisit unless she has more to add, so she may not even see your request. I got to meet her last year when I was in Philladelphia for a warehouse event my company had in our regional Dist Center. She came by to meet me, and ended up buying a stereo from us!!!

I couldn't agree more! I get so sick and tired of people doing that... showing their support for these who get banned. And it is not liek the ones they complain about aren't total jerks or asses that really deserved to get booted. I'd have more sympathy if some nice DISer was banned for a dumb reason but not these guys. I can't believe that some of them are loved as much as they are. It really makes me wonder if people are blind to how cruel some of them were at times

So there is my two cents and I will let it die.

Oh, and I would just like to point out, that EXACTLY ONE WEEK FROM TODAY I will be on a plane heading to WDW for my 3 blissful solo days!!!

I forgot the DS update yesterday Bad me...I know Jeannie wants to hear
They went to AK. Spent several hours there. Saw everything they wanted to. DS wasn't very impressed with Primevil Whirl (I haven't been on that one).
Then they went back to the resort to rest by the pool for awhile before going to MK and e-night. I can't wait to hear about that.

And....the evening before they had dinner at CRT and really enjoyed it....but now have to budget food more It is a very nice place and I know we sure enjoyed the food when we went.

Okay....gotta get some work done. The girls will be up soon??? maybe and I'm not sure what the plans for today are going to be.

AMEN sistuh!! Opinions of others really matter very little to me. We're all certainly entitled to voice them, that's cool... if some people enjoy slamming, have at it. I rarely bother to listen to any of it anyway.

CRT is Cinderella's Royal Table. It is in Magic Kingdom in the castle.
