Chocolate Therapy: Dare to Discover Your Inner Center!
by Murray Langham and Chocolate Astrology
by JOY NAGY " and The Book of Chocolate (Haworth Popular Culture)
by JEANNE BOURIN (Preface)

"Nagy aligns the stars with chocolate bars in a cute little giftbook for the uncynical chocolate lover. Just as the star signs are purported to have different personality traits, so should they be associated with different types of chocolates, Nagy says. The Fire Signs (Aries, Leo and Sagittarius) prefer bittersweet chocolate, she insists: the taste "often sparks passionate feelings in them." The Air Signs, on the other hand, are "intrigued" by the light, sweet taste of white chocolate, which contains cocoa butter but no cocoa. Nagy offers recipes two recipes for each individual sign: for the Taurus, an Earth Sign and an "inveterate hedonist" who likes dark chocolate and nature, she offers the somewhat complicated but delicious Chocolate Éclair; for the harmony-loving Air Sign Libra, she suggests White and Dark Chocolate Layer Candies, which "satisfy Libra’s desire for harmony in all things." Nagy’s drawings are appropriately sweet, and if the concept sometimes seems a bit precious or even plain silly—well, her audience, who can learn how to temper chocolate and also make a Basic Fondant, probably won’t mind. Good Morning All You Chocolate Lovers and even dare I say it :scared: NoN Chocolate lovers.. :crazy2:

Watching TV this morning and saw the Most Wonderful Chocolate Fountain
Can we get one?? Can we?? Can we?? Pleaseeeeeeee?? :rotfl:

Just think how nice a chocoalte fountain would look in our garden...

Well it is extremely windy here today. It started last night but today seems worse. Our wicker furniture on the porch has all blown over. I figured I will leave them that way until the winds die down. No sense in fixing them if they are going to just blow over again.

Went to breakfast yesterday with my hubby and then went to dinner at the Atlanta Bread Company for Wis. Cheese Soup (yummmm) And we even split a brownie :faint: It was very delicious.

Well I am off to take a soak in the hot chocolate tub instead of the m&m pool. I'll catch the pool later today..

Have a wonderful day !!!

Good evening everyone,
I am so happy, I am home from work and have next week off! My best friends are coming over this evening for dinner and more WDW planning.

pfishgirl we already have a chocolate fountain in the garden, it was installed last week. It is made out of chocolate and chocolate flows from it. My landscapers are in the middle of installing the chocolate waterfall to flow into the chocolate river.

slo My landscaping boys said they would help to decorate the pool area for valentines day. They have been busy this week preparing the red rose planters and falling rose handing baskets.

You're after me. :smooth:

How's it going Kevin? Let's go to the Chocolate Hangout and we'll have a toast (alcohol free) to future Chocolate Vault times! What are you going to get? I'm still looking over the menu...

Sounds like a plan! What to get? What to get? It's so hard to choose. I usually get everything, but maybe a bit less for now. How a bout a chocolate mouse, (A MOUSE like Mickey but only hollow chocolate) A triple chocolate cake, as well as a chocolate malt. Maybe from Ghiardelli, maybe some chocolate squares to come to think of it. How about you?

Hmmm...I think I will start out with a chocolate eclair filled with Hawaiin-grown brown sugared icing combined with pudding from France. Then I'll move on for a Chocolate Tiramisu cake from Alfredo's (it's in the Italy pavillion). Then for a snack I'll have a bag of Cadbury eggs. After this, I'll have a nice warm cup of Ghiardelli warmed hot chocolate with french vanilla flavored Whipped Cream. Mmm, perfect for a cold February night. So how have things been going for you?

I've just had these delivered, help yourself guys:

They have been sort of boring. I need more excitement!

Thank you Danauk! You're awesome! Can I cut the cake first? **cuts half of the cake and places it on his plate** There we go, that fraction seems about right! :rotfl:
