Welcome Package?

Hi all,

It's been almost 2 months since our points got deposited into our account for our new contract. We bought the contract via re-sale. However we still haven't received the welcome package from DVC yet, nor our membership cards. I don't think it should take this long right?

Is there anything special or crucial that comes in the welcome package besides the membership cards? I was going to call and ask them to re-send us our membership cards, but wondering if there's anything else I need to ask them to send.

I didn't think that resale buyers really received a welcome packet. Your member info/card should have been received by now. Give member administration a call.

I never received a packet as a resale buyer. I ended up going to the SSR DVC building to get my card. It took about 25 seconds.
