Welcome Home

Maybe a stupid thread, but I found some interesting things on our latest trip (just got back a week ago). At OKW we received a "Welcome Home" greeting each and every time we drove through the gates. At BWV, we got a "Have Fun" once and nothing thereafter (drove through about 6 times). At Saratoga Springs, Dick, the guard, gave us the most enthusiastic "Welcome Home" I think I have ever heard. We only drove through twice and both times we received "Welcome Home"s. I thought it was interesting since I had read some trip reports recently where BWV was not as enthusiastic in their Welcome Home greetings. I hadn't really noticed before this trip. Anyway, carry on...

I think that since VB, HH, OKW and SSR are exclusively DVC it is more apart of their culture. Each resort has its own and the CMs are very proud of it. BWV, VWL and BCV are part of non-DVC resorts. We did get a welcome home at check-in at BCV last time, but that is the only time we heard it there.
