Welcome Center - Registering for RAC on return flight

We are taking DME to our resort at WDW. We are flying Southwest and would like to do the RAC for our return flight. I understand that in order to receive my boarding passes and luggage tags, I need to register for RAC at the Welcome Center at MCO. Where is the Welcome Center? Is it different from the DME desk on the lower level? Thanks for your help!

No, it's all the same, single location. I suppose the full, 'official' name would be the Disney Magical Express Welcome Center.

If you're using Magical Express to get to Walt Disney World, you're all set - but you don't have to use the service one way to also use it the other. Most people do, for the convenience. Heck, you don't even need to use Magical Express to use Resort Airline Check-in!!! If you have a rental car, for example, and just want the convenience of not hauling your luggage back to the airport - and, of course, being already checked in for your return flight - you can still use RAC. Just call the resort operator and ask to be connected to Magical Express, and make your arrangements. Do it EARLY in your trip, so you don't forget or try too late!!!!!

You can get your boarding passes and have your luggage checked at the resort without registering. Last year we checked our bags for Delta at BW and took our rental car to the airport. Never registered in advance.

You do not have to register for RAC in order to get boarding passes.

If you do not get your DME back to the airport confirmed (usually under your door) the morning before checkout, go down to the front desk and get it before going off to the parks.
