Weird Times, No Availability Dec 10-15?

I was making my advance reservations for a Disney trip 10-15 and had a few problems with a couple places I was trying to get, including Garden Grill and Le Cellier. I know they're popular, so that could be it, but the weirdest part is that they're listing as only being open 4:20-4:55 PM when you try and do the online dinner reservations. Is something going on that these are not actually available to reserve?

I believe both of those locations participate in the Candlelight Processional Packages. That may be a part of it as well.

I called and asked about this the other day. They said they have the times blocked off while they are finalizing Candlelight Processional plans and that should be done by the end of July. They told me to expect those restaurants to have more availability after that. Hope that helps.

I was told this the other day as well. Since there seems to be consistency among the CM comments, I am guessing that this is probably the case.

glad to know that they told you we can expect more availabilty after it opens for Candlelight P..let's just hope that alo means more tables available for non-pkg. adr's too!

And do make a ADR for any restaurant listed for the CP package. DH and I didn't think about that last year and tried to get into a couple places last year and there were NO reservations anywhere - not even late.

The CP packages keep most at full capacity.

I'm so glad I saw this post! I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why they were only checking 30 minute windows for availability!!

But I still can't get hardly anything I want for the first week of December. Oh, well...my own fault for scheduling a trip after the ADR booking window opened! At least I'm going to WDW...
