Hello to all once again. I have a very weird question to ask. If I were to upgrade from a deluxe to a premium a couple of months before renewing, would I pay the difference or would I pay the full premium price? Also I was wondering if you would be able to do the renewals in payments? Thanks Again.. :goodvibes:)

Thank you.. :goodvibes.. I didn't go on here too much because I got all the rest of my family hooked on here.. But I'm back hahahahah:grouphug:

You would pay the difference between Deluxe and Premium. So make sure that that makes sense for your trip vs just buying the blockout passes ($40 per blockout pass, you'd need one for each blocked out day of your trip).

Now if you look at the AP site, you will see that once it's renewal time, you can renew and upgrade to a Premium, for the next "year", inside the 30 days before your Deluxe expires, and they let you use the Premium benefits for the month before your current pass runs out. nice, huh?

You pay the difference, and it's not pro-rated, so if you upgrade the week before renewing you pay the full $120 (less parking if you have that on your Deluxe). You can do payments on renewals only if you're from SoCal (don't know why they have that limitation): http://disneyland.disney.go.com/dis...ualPassholderUngatedMonthlyPaymentsDetailPage

I think you can still do payments Eric. I know online it says you have to be a So Cal resident but I'm pretty sure they can get a sup to override that. But yes, the answer to your question is you would have to pay the full upgrade fee, they don't prorate it. Will I see you with Jas in May????????????
