I don't count points at Disney. However, I do try to pay attention to what I'm eating. I try to go with healthier options, and still write down everything I eat. I do try to stick with one treat a day -- whether that be ice cream, popcorn, or some other treat. Ask for grapes instead of fries. Go for fruit, nuts, or veggies for snacks. For me, its too difficult and ruins my vacation feel to try and calculate points, so I just try to make the best food choices without feeling deprived.
Also, remember to drink lots of water! And you're going to be doing a lot of walking, so it isn't like you'll be overeating and not moving at all. I just try to be mindful, and pay attention, and haven't gained too much on vacation.. yet
oh a disney food point chart would have been awesome last week! ah well...for the most part, i ate what i wanted to eat! i did however, make it a point to use all of my snacks (on regular DP) for fruit. And i drank a lot of water(but I also drank a lot of margaritas!) Ehhhh...it's vacation!
I would LOVE to see this too! We leave in 2 weeks & I'm afraid I'm going to BLOW IT b/c I'm not good at adding up points. If I had something in front of me, basically telling me what to eat/what not to eat, I'd do much better. I usually gain 10 lbs everytime we go to WDW. (honestly!!!)
