How different is it than their former program? I work 12 hour shifts and have a pretty long commute and I have been eeking up a bit on the scale over the last couple of months. I would like to nip this in the bud before it gets out of hand. My work reimburses for the program but only if we attend 13 weekly meetings. That is tricky with my schedule and location but I think I can make it work. I know my poor gym attendance is the main culprit but I want to improve my eating as well.

Anyone currently on the new points plus plan? How different from the old plan? Is it easy to work into a crazy busy lifestyle?

I love the Points-Plus Program. Fruit is free! Instead of counting clories, fat & fiber, you now calculate protein, fat, carbs & fiber. Breads are harder to fit into the program. They're forcing you to eat lower carb - or at least "good" carb. Processed foods turn out to be higher in points. If you stick with fruits, veggies and proteins, it's an easy program to stay on and lose weight.

The concept of the PointsPlus plan is the same as the old points plan. The main difference is how the points for food are configured and how many points you are given as a daily target.

I've been on ALL former incarnations of the WW plan over the years and absolutely love this new plan. :thumbsup2 I'm down 21 pounds since I started in January.

Like Seahunt said, there is a pretty active WW thread on the WISH boards - you should check it out.

Hope that helps,
Laura
