This made me LOL - especially since I do wear a pedometer in the parks! During Mousefest, I logged at least 20,000 steps/day - but, according to the online site, that's only 4 points...
... and probably only 1/4 the points we'd need to spend at Spoodles!
Just made goal (60 lbs lost - w00t!) before WDW vacation & Christmas... managed to gain 5 lbs back, but I'm confident I can lose it again.

I am planning on rejoining next week. I would do just online but I need to be held accountable and the meetings do that for me. Having to step on the scale and have my weight recorded by someone else motivates me to stick to it.

Weight Watchers is now emphasizing to points peoplethat everyone needs to include as many "Filling foods"(aka Core foods) in their diet as they can, so that they'll feel full and less deprived, and teaching points people about being aware of how full they are. If you don't like to count, you can just eat Filling Foods and not count them.
