Congrats to everyone losing at WI this week!


I ate what I thought was a very healthy lunch yesterday. We went out for mediterranian food (just like Tangerine Cafe in Epcot). I had a vegetarian platter. Curried coucous, chick pea salad, tabouli, & hummus. I was up 2 lbs this morning but WI is tomorrow morning so we will see.

Or if it's going up even when I've stck to my points or worked out a ton, I get frustrated and sometimes just give in to cravings. doesn't make sense...I know that the body sometimes does funny things that can't be explained but it's what happens
