Since the whole point is about having certain areas covered my issue is always about larger people wearing smaller suits.
People don't like it when thin people where thongs and barely nothing on their breasts, so why would it be OK for a larger person to wear a suit so small that it's basically a thong and there is barely anything covering the breasts?
Beyond that I agree with others. Most people wear the right size suit and nobody notices their size. The only people I've ever noticed are the people wearing small suits because the amount of flesh makes them stand out in the crowd.

If you put me in a one-piece, I look absolutely freakish. For me, bikinis and tankinis are the only way to go because it gives the illusion of a torso... even though I'm 32 and way past the 25 year old bikini limit.
