Okay,
I have lost three pounds since last week. Yeah! BUT those three pounds represented a gain from WDW and a week with family at the beach. So now I feel like I'm back to where I started. So I don't want to include those three pounds in the challenge. So I'm back to sqare 1 and I hope to make a dent in the 10 lbs. I pleged starting next week!

Hi everyone:

I am back from my little vacation. I was on the Disney Cruise and it took me awhile to get back into weight loss mode.
The good news is that I didn't gain any weight which is a miracle on the cruise. I guess I did enough sweating and walking to manage what I ate.
My goal for Halloween is to lose 10lbs. If I really watch what I eat and get back to Curves this will be ok. In the past I have set unrealistic goals and then I am depressed when I don't reach them.
It looks like everyone else did really well. Keep up the good work.

Today was my weigh-in and I was down 2 pounds. For my Trick or Treat goal that puts me at 2/13.5.

A good start toward that 50 lb. clippie. :)
 
No loss this week so I am still 0/13. I did make my labor day goal of getting my 15lb clippie even I though I got it a few weeks ago.

I weighed myself this morning and I am down 2lbs. So for my Trick or Treat goal that puts me at 2/20.
 
I lost 1 1/2lbs this week. I am now at 1.5 / 17.5. I'm on my way!!
 
There's some MAJOR losers here!!! Way to go Tammy- 5.5 pounds in 6 days!! AAAAAAWESOME!!!

Here's my first weigh in towards Halloween goal

Started at 193- Goal is 179 so a total of 14 pounds....

I've lost 2 pounds!!! So now my remainder to lose is 12 pounds!!

I'm at 191 and 45 pounds gone so far!! :) YEAH!!

WOW you guys kick some serious FAT hinny while i was gone!!! AS for me i'll be starting the challenge over so to speak. I did'nt even TRY to stay on good terms with my scales.LOL THat's okay though I needed a break it does a body good sometimes right? Well it done my terribly. I won't even speak of what my scales said when i rushed through the door about to pee my pants and weighted. Lets just say it was ugly okay. :( I'm back over 160 which i knew was gonna happen. I know i have a get back on plan which i'm doing for supper. Maybe by the weekend i'll see under 160 again. I'll not add any more negative loss numbers until i'm back under 155.5. Doggone it~! I'm so proud of all of you look at you guys with the loss's and you guys that are just begging being so faithful and checking in! You all show a real committment to your goals i'm so happy to be apart of this group of Goal-getters. I'm not weighting in again until Sunday so i'll be working my buns off to get my fat roll back off. I know you guys think i'm crazy but it's BACK!!!!!! OMG i could'nt believe it but it really came back when i blowed up like a frog again! I kept a food journal of all my inhabitions while i was away. You guys would soooooooooo kick my butt if you knew what i ate and had the nerve to even whimper a complaint about gaining as much as i did.:eek: Okay so it's done let go on to the next MEAL!!!!!! Yummy broiled hamburger grilled with a mustard coating and some zatterani's rice and a salad. YUMMY :mad: Doggone i have'nt had to have that kinda meal in days.LOL;)

Don't be too hard on yourself. Look at me, I basically lost 30 lbs. and gained it ALL back, remember? At least you didn't go that far out of control. Be glad that you had a good time, ate well and now it's back to real life, ya know? You'll get the pounds back off -- You are an expert at it. *looks at your shiney clippie* Take care and enjoy your yummy lunch. ;) *Big Hugs*
 
for the halloween challenge is now officially 138 which was my WI today. I have flucuated so much over the last two months that I'm starting anew from this point. So I have 6 lbs to lose in two months, now this is doable folks. Keep me motivated and inspired! I know you all can, you've done it before ;)

ps - Tammy, ok so you indulged on your vacation! I know I will be. I know that teaser-weigh-in at 155, no matter how short-lived it was, is definately enough to keep you motivated! I had a teaser-weigh-in like that a few weeks ago and just remembering that joy is keeping me honest for now!!

Onward and downward and BOO! (just trying to scare away the BF who may try to crash our halloween party ;))
 
Thanks for all the cheering on guys. I sure could use it. I'm back on plan but boy does it seem like i have so far to go just to get back to where i was this time last week. Man did i eat! I'm okay though i had fun and i'm on track just sad i did so much damage. I got my tail up this morning and did my 2mile walk and my ab tape first thing. Talk about seeing the 160's again that's motivation enough in itself to get my tail outta bed and get going this morning. I plan to do thrusday and friday then take the weekend off and go again for mon - thrus next week. I'm looking forward to seeing 155+++++++ by the weekend even if it's not THIS weekend.LOL

You guys are doing so good I just know we'll all make it to goal and i'll be prove to all of you there is LIFE AFTER vacation.:) I'll show you guys i can win this battle. Oh and i have some pictures from vacation i want to post maybe this evening that'll cheer me up. Have a great day everyone and just think on Friday it's a brand new week to post even more loss's towards your goals!!!!
 
Well for my first "Operation Trick or Treat" check in, I'm down 1 lb. I want to be in "onederland" by then so I have 20 lbs more to lose by then. I can do it! We all can!!

Have not weighed myself yet - Friday will be my official weigh-in day (but as I've noted, I am much more concerned with inches than actual weight - but I'll play along!). By the way, what stats are you asking for (ie., -1.5/20??)????

Where do we post our halloween goal?
 
I have just started the Operations Trick or Treat this week and am excited about it. I am finally feeling good about my diet plan and the exercising I am doing. It is still a daily struggle but I am winning more that I am losing the battle. My goal is to lose 15 pounds by Halloween. Since I am just starting and not weighing in this week, I would be at 0/15. Let's go everyone!
