Weigh-in week 9 results.....see below

Ok folks The moment you have been waiting for the results for week 9 of my weekly weigh-in. I lost 3 pounds this week I now weigh 192 pounds now thanks to my aggressive walking regiment. Now the weight-lost count is at 28 pounds in 9 weeks . This weekend I may have to delay or cancel my walk at the park , It may rain this saturday but I think it may rain in the morning and clear out by sometime in the early morning hours. I hope so. Thanks for all your encouragement durring my endevor to lose weight this summer
