Apparently my date of birth is wrong... I'm 38 years old for cryin' out loud, I'm pretty sure that's over 16! I've tried all possible combinations, with no luck. Maybe I'm TOO old?

I had the same problem the first time I tried. You need to enter your birthday as DD/MM/YYYY instead of the normal MM/DD/YYYY.

I'm sure you can reserve it online and then use the code when you pick it up. I've never tried that though. I love standing in line and then giving my code to everyone else who is in line behind me. LOL
