Interesting and a little troubling...
We traditionally always travel to WDW during this week, mostly because the weather in FL is warm without being hot, and because by then, I'm completely fed up with the NY winter (this year is no exception). With Easter usually in April, we normally have very decent crowds and wait times are reasonable.
This year, it seemed we were in for very small crowds, I actually got CRT on my first try AND an IllumiNations cruise! Even the reservationists at DINE were remarking to me that it seems to be a slow week. Now, though, I see that the park hours have expanded tremendously and the UO Guide is giving the week a 7 for crowds! Oddly, they give Easter week (the week after) 6, 5 and 4....
Does anyone know what's up? I know in NY, there are no school breaks, only a long weekend around Easter the following week.
