Those of you having trouble, were you online right at 6?

I was online at 6 sharp til about 6:30 booking mine. I was getting the error messages at that time, although the reservations were still going through.

Well that was weird! I was playing with the MDE app around 6:30 this morning and decided to look at what was available for the latest day - as of today should be 11/27 - but the little scroll wheel went past and was letting me make reservations even though my 180 day mark is tomorrow! Apparently since I'm linked with BFF, who's staying 11/26-12/2, I'm allowed to make reservations for myself on any of those dates even if the party doesn't include her!! Shame I wasn't looking for any 'in demand' meals.

Got all our picks (minus the right time at Trex but that is easily fixed) Even snagged a second PPO bfast at BOG in case we just love the first one. Happy dance!

You doing this for a second one you might use reduces the opportunity for me to get one. I didn't know if you were aware of that.

I was late to the party this morning - not logging on until a bit after 6 - but I just checked and things are STILL messed up - at least what I am looking for.

I was able to get through to the Dining CM and she also showed some of the same "no availability for the entire dinner schedule" and also some issues. Mostly got close to what I wanted, with the exception of Rose & Crown - but I'll keep checking and fine tuning.

I need help choosing our schedule! I booked so many ADRs this morning that I end up with 6 different schedule options to choose from. I want to drop some of these extra ADRs and narrow it down but my head is swimming with the possibilities. This is a super long post, sorry, but if anyone has a chance to glance through and has any opinions on which one or two sound best I'd love some feedback!

Saturday 11/26-Drive from NC to FL and check in to a hotel within 1 hr of Disney

Sunday 11/27-check-out of temp hotel, drive to Contempory, drop off luggage (assuming room isn't ready), walk to MK, then back to CR to settle in when room is ready. Didn't book any TS for this day assuming we will want the freedom to bounce around checking out hotel, MK and get settled. So the itinerary options all begin with Monday, assuming Sunday will remain the same no matter which itinerary we decide on.

Some concerns I have and the reason for so many options: Is booking 2 of our 5 TS meals at H&V overkill (even though one is Disney Jr and one is the Holiday dinner)? Do we want a fun ADR the morning of check-out to end the trip or would it be better to just have a last few hours at MK unencumbered by ADR? Do we throw in a meal that DH and I might enjoy more than character buffets (Sci-Fi or Chefs de France) or just focus on kid-focused ADRs since they're picky eaters and the meals are more for enjoyment value as far as they are concerned? If you read this whole thing, go get yourself a cookie, you deserve it!

This app did not work for me this morning. I used my computer. It wouldn't allow me to make a res at CRT for 8. I booked for 4 online and called in and booked a 2nd res for 4 at the same time. The CM said they were unable to link them. Hopefully we can be sat together.

I was up at 6:00 this morning. Used the iPad app, had a couple hiccups, but otherwise system was working great. I just had to close out of app and retry when the issues occurred.

One hiccup cost me twenty minutes at Ohana (6:30 lost, but 6:50 was still avail)

Can't wait for these six months to fly by

Have you used the touring plans reservation finder? Highly recommend! You don't have to have a paid subscription to use it and it will text you if something you set up an alert for becomes available. I've used it in the past and was very successful with it. I see a lot of people on this board have too.

I've never eaten at H&V but unless they are really, really into the Disney Jr characters I probably wouldn't do both. As far as the ADR the last morning, we did that on our trip and I loved it but DH was too burnt out by that point to enjoy it. So I guess it's personal preference.

On Thu for what you have I like the slow morning, go to Ohana for breakfast, and then go to a park, or the morning at Epcot with the Chefs de France lunch.

I'm torn on the ADR on check out day. Maybe I'll try moving 1900 PF to a different day, like when we were going to do a Disney jr. Gosh that will be itinerary 7 but maybe that's the golden one

I agree, H&V twice is probably overkill based on the mediocre reviews. I booked the Holiday Dine just for the specialness of the fab 5 in costume, otherwise we would have skipped it altogether in favor of another Epcot dinner.

I think an ADR on checkout day would be a great way to end a trip, but we fly out early AM so it's never an option for us. I think 1900 PF would be a fun end to the trip, get a little nit more fun character interaction in before you leave.

Rock on with that 2nd BOG Breakfast - if I could get my DH on board I would do it every MK morning because it makes it SO nice and calm. Enjoy it, and order as much or as little as you want.

I have no idea how early to get to the park, but early signups for JTA then a short wait on RnR is really my only goal that morning before we hit the other rides with FP. I figure if it gets insanely crowded by afternoon we will leave, then come back for dinner at H&V and stay for fireworks. We don't care to see Fantasmic again, so extra bonus if the masses go there and we can ride things again with short waits.

Last trip we avoided all EMH parks, so I'm sorta nervous about this one.

It sounds like you have a plan and good expectations, and it sounds like it's what you really want to do, so I say go for it.
I think we'll likely end up avoiding most EMH except MK EMH am on checkout day 12/2.

We will be at MK on Friday for EMH too! I just have to make MK our last park, so that wasn't as negotioable
