Week After Turkey Day Shenanigans

I swear it's worse today, even with antibiotics. o_O

But the farm doesn't wait. Going to get another 100 bales tomorrow after work. And that needs to be unloaded and stacked in the barn ASAP so we can take the trailer to get a load of lumber to build chicken and duck pens this weekend.
Farm life!! We just got 35 acres. Looking forward to the future. I hope you feel better soon!!

Nope, DH and I have full time jobs. And we want kids soon but I can't even imagine how that's going to be! :crazy2:
DD 3.5 actually tries to be helpful around the property we have now. It is hard keeping up with her but she LOVES animals. She takes horseback riding lessons and really wants a horse. We plan on a couple cows, horse, chickens and ducks. I really want 2 pigs since they do better in pairs apparently.

DH keeps saying we need to have kids to help with the chores, but it takes a long time to reap those benefits. ;) Yep, pigs do better in pairs. Social creatures. We're getting pigs next year for sure. Maybe sheep (mmmm lamb chops). Hopefully cattle. We don't have nearly 35 acres...congrats on that! So we have to use our property very efficiently.

I did fine loading the 100 bales of hay and 10 bales of straw today. I wore my gloves this time. We aren't unloading/stacking hay until tomorrow. My thumb just keeps getting bigger and bigger though. I think I might have finally felt some improvement this evening though.

It usually takes a few days for antibiotics to kick in. Keep an eye on it. You may have to have it drained if it doesn't improve. Gloves are a good idea! :)

I just got an email update that Princess Elena will be at Fairytale Hall with Cinderella starting 11/24. Rapunzel will continue to meet in the other queue along with Princess Tiana. It is expected that Princess Aurora will move to the porch area of the Town Square Theater. You can choose your FP+ starting today.

I was able to book Rapunzel, but Cinderella Is still not showing up.

Nooo!!! Now I'm like... can I pop in and ride it on the 27th? Lol.

I'm in the same boat as you. I am not planning any park time on the 27th, but I will be arriving at Disney property. I don't know how to swing it unless I upgrade my tickets when we arrive in some fashion to get an extra day, or annual passes.
