Week after thanksgiving WTH?!

have been before but finding this year crazy. Had to switch my August trip to nov

Arriving on thanksgiving and staying through 12/4. Having the hardest time finding anything. I get the big ones will be gone but 135 days out and I can't find 1 ohana breakfast the entire 11 days?

Am I missing something or is a lot of inventory still not loaded?

We are going about roughly the same time you will be there, and I booked at my 180 day mark, got mostly everything I initially wanted, but now that I have had to move some plans around, I am finding certain ADR's hard to find.

That is on until 11/28. Then picks up on 12/10. From 11/29-12/4 no fd

If you check in before 11/28 with the Free Dining promotion, you will have free dining the length of your stay.

We are going the same time and booked our initial restaurants but made some changes and it is very hard to get any reservations!!! 11/28 there is not one dinner reservation in magic kingdom!!! We booked CRT for that night and i was thinking I did not want to use 2 dining credits and nothing else is available!!!!

I have been looking for lunch Sci-Fi Dine In and there is nothing earlier then like 3 or 4, if that. Its almost as if they are holding back ADR's, but maybe the Free Dining has a lot of people booking. Its easier to get ADR's Thanksgiving day and the Friday and Saturday after, then the next week.

Please, please, please, if you are going to cancel please let me know first. It is My mom's 60th birthday and she wants to eat there. This would make her day so magical and we need a party of 5. If you do not cancel, I hope you enjoy it

I think that the DHS and AK hours not yet extended... This probably adds to the problem too.

I too am going the week after Thanksgiving (without free dining) and booked my ADRs at 180 days. Only planned 4 and had no problem getting 3 of them. Askerhus was impossible to get but then 2 1/2 weeks later I found what I was looking for. I think a whole bunch of ADRs were released as their were several openings for 2 that morning. I used Touring Plan's Reservation Finder (it is free) to find my desired ADR.

Yeah. We're going the week after Thanksgiving for the first time, and I couldn't get hardly anything I wanted, bright and early at 180 days out. I've had trackers on our reservations for weeks now and nothing. It's a little maddening, but I know things can eventually open up.

We are going on 12/2 and was very successful except I had trouble landing a Tony's dinner. I had booked lunch instead but kept checking and last week saw a lot of times for dinner. Maybe things opened up when the CP dining packages came out.

I actually had less trouble finding reservations for week after Thanksgiving than I did last year Veteran's Day week.

What day are you looking for Ohana? I have one I may release.

The same thing happened last year when I went the week before Thanksgiving. Other than what I got on my 180th day, I couldn't get hardly anything until about 2-3 weeks before my trip and suddenly there were a ton of reservations that opened up, even for the popular restaurants like Chef Mickeys, Ohana, etc. Since I am going the week after Thanksgiving this year I'm having the same problem but I'm not as worried about it because I'm almost positive things will open up closer to the trip.
