Week 7 weigh-in is this thursday results friday

Hi Gang I will be resuming my weigh-in this thursday night with the results on friday morning. Just to review at my last weigh-in I weighed 203 lbs I hope to be at or under 200 lbs by friday. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and praying
