Is the WEDwayPeople Mover, sorry, the Tomorrowland Transit Authority open(it will always be the WEDway People Mover to us)? I have seen differing dates for the refurb closure. We will be there starting 5-28 for 8 days. Does the closure start on June 2 or has it been closed since May 3? We will be in the MK on June 1 and 2. It is one of our favorite rides and were sad when I saw the closure started on May 3. But I have seen different dates on different sites. Some say June 2. Here's hoping.

Boo! Had no idea... I'm glad I know ahead of time. Seeing the closure in July would have been a shock to my system. It's where we head first after arriving to the Magic Kingdom.

Was so glad to see they pushed back the refurb. I'll be there in 2 weeks and was sad to miss it. It's one of my favorites!

I know they have to close all the rides at some point or another for refurbs….but I really wish they had chosen to close this one in the winter months.
We love the People Mover for a nice relaxing ride on a hot day. A little cool breeze and a sweet ride My DH would always take DD6 on this while the rest of us rode Space Mtn. We will arrive on June 8th and not get to enjoy it this trip
