And another thing..what is with these riddles where I don't even have a clue as to how to approach them... It makes me feel dumb.. you know just flat out stupid.. not fair so early in the morning.. and to see all the people who do have it right..just proves me right.. Im dumb as a rock.....

don't give up Melora......you'll learn in time that there are plenty of hints given on the riddle thread any given day.....usually you just have to learn to "read between the lines..." or words as the case may be.

I used to be in AZ, and there were times I would get up and the riddle was up to page 7 or 8! Sometimes the riddles are hard for me, too. But (shhhhh) sometimes people will give you hints in your PM box, and sometimes they are right out in the open on the thread. Today we have a visual hint from Boo's Mom, and a written hint from her, too.

And after you have been here awhile, the inside jokes will all make sense, I know it took me quite some time to "get it" but now I am part of this wacky group!

Took me a minute... turns out that this is also a Swahili magic word, and when I said it out loud my lights went out, scaring DS, causing him to spill his milk on the keyboard, causing the keyboard to short, causing me to go dig my old wireless WebTV keyboard out of mothballs (which I had trouble finding because the lights were out), causing me to realize that my Webby keyboard won't work with my computer, causing me to have to drink the milk out of my keyboard (can't be wasting milk, you know causing me to be sick which caused me to make a sound that is also apparently a Swahili magic word because the lights came back on just at the same exact moment that I realized the answer to today's riddle. PM sent.

Cold here again today. We'll have a warm-up tomorrow and get up in the 40's, just in time for another cold front tomorrow night.

I need to go to the grocery but hate to spread my germs around. There isn't much to eat around here that sounds good. I'd give my right arm for Chinese food. I'm craving Cashew Chicken in the worst way!

Melora, I used to read the riddle and when I didn't know the answer I would back out of the thread. Stick with us and you'll find we are very good at giving hints.
