This may seem silly but how are you doing your hair for the wedding? My fiance is adament that he wants mine down which is ok with me, but I am more of a pony tail girl and have no idea what would look good. Is anyone else having their hair down? What about veils and headpieces?

Your hair should be down because you are incredibly beautiful, Annie. :)

Awww, how sweet!

I am going to be a more casual bride, but I am wearing the sides of my hair pulled back in a barrett with the back slightly wavy and some tendrils coming down the front...

no headpiece or veil for me....

good luck!

I am interested in knowing what everyone is doing also. I actually have not given this much thought yet!

You seem to be a big Belle fan, so why not copy her hairstyle from the ballroom scene - half up in a bun and half down? That way it can be a compromise for you and your DF - it will be out of your face in the front and down in the back.

haha you are perceptive, she is my favorite disney princess because she is independent and smart. I need to check out that look, I cannot remember but it sounds pretty, thank you!

I landed up having my hair half up and half down :), im sure it will look beautiful either way.

WOW! I am definitely going to try to get her to do my hair! Those are amazing, thanks so much!

You're most welcome! If you need help with anything else feel free to PM me ;)

i have long dark hair that i wore down for my wedding. it was curled with a few curls pinned back on top for my veil & it was out of my face then too. i felt so pretty :goodvibes i also used anna from makeover majic for mine & my girls hair & makeup.

My hair is about three inches past my shoulders so I know it can look pretty down, I just was not sure it if caused complications with getting in the way and if it did how that was dealt with.

I'm wanting to wear my hair down, but haven't thought about the style yet. I'm hoping to have a tiara, possibly having ringlets, I'm not sure :confused3

I went back and forth so many times deciding what to do with my hair. Kinda funny because I filled out my planning sheets in about an hour, and planned the entire Disneymoon (including ADRs in half a day). I don't think an updo will suit the veil I have, I couldn't find any low-dos I liked, and a French twist was not going to happen. So I decided on down and with barrel curls and thought I could probably do it myself. So I bought myself some Caruso hot rollers and started practicing. I wasn't convinced though...I was afraid my hair would just look messy in the pictures because I don't have highlights and I thought the curl might not get picked up by the camera...so I even had DF take pictures of me outside so I could see how it would photograph. I'm still undecided. So I completely understand what you're going through. These are some of the pictures...

I love the way hair down with ringlets looks! That is what I want to do to my hair. I am worried if I try to do it myself I will get frustrated and bored. I am so impatient. My mom did my hair for prom like that and it was beautiful but she will be too but hot rollers could solve that problem...

Yup -- impatient and bored. I was both. I have no ability when it comes to my hair. Mostly I leave it in a ponytail everyday. But I was convinced that if I practiced enough I could figure it out. It takes a long time because I'm such a rookie, and when I do it I leave the rollers in for as long as possible (like an hour to two) so they dry completely -- the steam works well but it takes forever!

If I can do it anyone can...however, if I did it again I'd probably just book a stylist instead of investing in hot rollers. My theory was that at least I'd spend the money on something I could use again....

my DF and pretty much everyone else i know wants my hair down for the wedding. i have long curly hair that's almost down to my butt, so they all love it.

you can still wear a headpeice and veil, there's really no problem with that. i still plan on wearing a tiara!

I don't wear my hair up EVER! So, I knew I'd wear my hair down for the wedding with a small crystal headband. I've posted these photos before, but I will post them for you. I wasn't sure how my hair was going to look. I always wear it straight, but I told my stylist I wanted loose romantic curls. My hair turned out beautiful and I was very happy! :teeth:

Awww...thanks! :goodvibes I'm glad it looked soft because it was very hard with all the spary and other gunk on it to keep it from harm in the Florida humidity. It really was the best my hair had ever looked! I'm glad you love the Halloween pics! :teeth: The only reason I have visited WDW so much is because my entire family lives in FL and my parents are both from FL. My parents went all the time, so my brother and I went all the time! We are all Disney freaks! I really had no choice! :lmao:
