Anyway here are mine - the "model" look and the "real" look - personally speaking I don't think the model does the dress any justice whatsoever but then I'm biased

I absolutely love this dress, please let me know what you think of this. It's available in white or this one which is deep ivory with the gold sash, I so love it I haven't bought it yet but even though i keep looking at other dresses, I really really love this one. Mind you will have to lose the weight before I get into this one!

Here are the pictures of me in my dress. It took only four dresses to try on to find what I wanted. I had nightmares about wedding dress shopping, think it was my one wedding fear.

The woman who I have order the dress from is very understanding, as I am only 4foot 11inches, she has pinned the demo dress up to see what it could look like. There is more detail under the pinning that will be moved up on my dress.

It should be ready in February and then for the fittings!

It is a Alfred Angelo dress. I fell in love with it as soon as I tried it on. I am sticking with the red, I always dreamed of having a blue themed wedding but I loved the red.

That is really funny but I have just found out that a woman I work with, her daughter just brought the same dress in claret for wedding.

Looks like our dress is pretty common.

I wanted a very simple dress, since we're having an intimate, with family-only. I was also really paranoid about getting a long dress, as we're doing the MK Photo Session and going to our "reception" at DD afterward. I would've been crushed if the bottom got dirty! (I'm not wearing shoes in either pic; it won't brush the ground once I am)

Speaking of shoes, should I just wear white heels? Is that pretty standard? I've never thought of shoes before; never thought to look at all the weddings I've been to!

That is the reason that I went for the dress was for the spalsh of color down the back and around the top part of the dress.

I fell in love with the dress and it was already in the claret red, I could not imaging loving the dress with any other color.

I do love your dress. Was it an Alfred Angelo?

My dress just came in last week and i got to go try it on with my veil and accessories! Its from David's, and i got it in the Wine color. its wrinkled from being in the garment bag. i LOVE it! sorry about the size of the pics...
