For the last two weeks I've had an issue, apparently caused by member services when i asked them to re-allocate some points for a reservation, where I can no longer make reservations using the site - I get the dwarves error message. I can check availability, but cannot start reservation process. If I want to make a reservation, I have to call/chat with member services. When I ask when this issue will be resolved, member services says IT is working on it but no estimate on resolution. Very frustrating. CMs say I am not the only one this happens to... wonder if anyone else on this board can chime in?
