Webcertificates and Mypoints?

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the email about webcertificates once you have redeemed the necessary points at mypoints.com. I've never redeemed points for webcertificates and I'm not too sure about the whole process.

When I redeemed for Web Certs last year, I got the email within a week. I did it twice, and can't remember the exact number, but about 3-5 days. As soon as I got it, I was able to go to the website and create my Web Cert account and start shopping.

I cashed out on Sept 20 and still haven't gotten the email.

I'm so glad to hear that you hadn't gotten your webbie either yet, Kelsi! I was beginning to worry that somehow mine had gotten into my bulk mail folder and deleted! They used to come SO fast! I cashed mine in for a $25 on Sept. 19 and a $10 on Sept. 21 and no sign of them yet!

Let's hope they actually come! I got nervous when I heard MyPoints had been bought out!

I think this is the longest I've ever waited for a webbie. I cashed out as soon as they came back to the site. hopefully we'll get the webbies soon. I sure could use it!

We are leaving on October 28 and I am not sure if I ever do get it if I will have enough time to redeem it. We no longer have a Disney Store around to get DD so I was going to have someone redeem it for me at there Disney Store and mail the DD. Waiting patiently....

I cashed out on Sept 20 and still haven't gotten the email.

I actually just got an email back from MyPoints because I cashed out on the 21st, and had not rec'd the email from WebCertificate.

They told me it's now 12-15 business days, and if I've not received the email from WebCert by 15 business days, to contact them again.

And I actually got a 'real' response, not a canned one the first time out.

I imagine they have a HUGE batch to send.
