We are planing on visiting California next may/june after 15 trips to WDW we tought that we should try the origanal.what we would like to know is what are the temps like at that time as may/june in florida is right temp for DW to put her toe in any type of water

It is not as hot as Florida nor as humid.
However, there have been days, where it was hotter in DL than in WDW.
One never knows.
The average high, in Anaheim CA in June, according to yahoo.com, is only 79.
I know it was in the mid 80's a few of the days were were there in mid June.
But it was really nice compared to Florida.
Much less humidity.
