Weather weirdness in the U.P....

We need to have Easter *today*--it's 68 degrees already, warm breeze, beautiful sunshine.
However...
we have a WINTER STORM WATCH for tonight into tomorrow, 6-8" of snow/sleet, with a high tomorrow of 35 degrees!
Talk about a crazy time of year!

Sorry to hear that the weather up in the U P is getting blasted yet again - please don't send it down here. I've had enough of winter and I will be hitting the road with the hopes of escaping it again.

I have to agree with iluvdisney, you keep that nasty weather to yourselves!!

Last weekend we had an ice storm, knocked power out for days, now yesterday was beautiful and today it's supposed to be 82-85, but calling for colder again the rest of the week, darn it!

Yep,

we had 87 degrees yesterday and we now hear snow is predicted for Thursday.

Will summer ever come?

I am so sorry.
The weather here under the bridge is supposed to be crappy, too. Boy Scout Crossover in the freezing rain on Sat is no fun.

Did you hear that we are supposed to have an exceptionally dry (again) and hot summer? I hope it does get better, because i was jsut on he internet last night and found a perfect campground UP THERE that I want to go to so bad this August.


SO HEAT IT UP, BABY!!!!!

It's not just the US as here in the South of England last Thursday we had a heavy overnight frost and just before lunch that day snow flurries!! Now tomorrow temperatures are due to hit 80 degrees!!
Normally we don't have such a variation in weather so quickly but lets hope for once the 80's stay for a long time!! Roll on a hot summer.

my 8DS just *longs* for a warm Easter (which he's basically never had). It's hard to think of it as a time of rebirth and life starting anew when it's yucky out! I've never gotten to wear a spring dress (much less an Easter bonnet, ha, ha), DS has never gotten to search for eggs outside, etc, etc...

Bring on that hot, dry summer!
