For anyone that has been during Dec or Jan, would you kindly chime in and let me know how your weather was?

My family is having a really hard time trying to decide between end of Nov-mid Dec or beginning to mid Jan for 2 1/2 weeks.

We will be staying on the North Shore for the first 5 or 6 days and then the rest of our trip at Aulani.

Thank you so much :)

I have been on Oahu in early December and in late January/early Feb as well as on other islands BUT I have not stayed in the Aulani area during those times.
Aulani being on the West side of the island will sometimes be dry and overcast when rain is happening in the interior or other parts of the island.
The only really extended cold wet weather I have encountered during these times was on Kauai.
One early December in Waikiki about 10 years ago was really hot and humid for us, it is hard to predict.
