We sold our old camper without even trying

DH bought a new camper on ebay a little over a month ago. Friday night he brought our old camper home to get it cleaned out and list it in the paper for sale. Yesterday I came home from shopping (dh had just gotten home from his Mother's) and when I went in the back door I saw a note "Please call me at XXX-XXXX, I was wondering if you were selling the camper in the front" DH calls them and they came a few hours later, gave us $200 deposit and they're bringing the rest tonight (CASH) and hauling it away! Happy Mother's Day to me!

What type of camper did you buy on Ebay? Just curioius. Pop up, hardside, big, small?

I never even thought of looking for a caamper on Ebay.

Hey, that's great!

We have an '95 Chevy p/u truck we don't want to sell but keep getting offers on it. The a/c doesn't work, the paint job is shot and the interior is filthy so it ain't much so look at. My dh basically uses it to haul stuff and for hunting trips.

First, a guy he works with asked about buying it. Then when dh took in to a tire shop for used tires one of the workers there asked if he was selling it. A couple of weeks ago a guy pulls up in our driveway, dh goes out to see what he wants - he's interested in buying his truck! I think it's just plain weird!

Of course, if we ever do want to sell it no one will want to buy it then.
