Wow, Flying Fish looks awesome!

I love crab cakes and scallops. I've never tried Red Snapper but that preparation looks fantastic!

I am also considering Yachtsman Steakhouse. I went in Aug 2007 and thought that the Filet was one of the best I've ever had on Disney Property.

Any recent reviews of Yachtsman?

We went to Yachtsman last November and it was excellent! The onion rolls and roasted garlic to start with was worth the trip. We split the Porterhouse and it was amazing.

I absolutely LOVE the presentation of Japanese food, especially sushi. Not everyone enjoys eating it but the presentation is always spectacular!

I'm actually going out for sushi tonight! I'll post more of my WDW sushi pics later this afternoon or this evening.

Lol sure I'll take pics! It's this fantastic all-you-can-eat place, but the best part is that everything is made to order! It's $20 and there are 100 selections from nigiri to maki to hand rolls. There is also teriyaki, tempura, salads, rice, and more!

My 1st, 2nd & 3rd trips to California Grill were in August 2007 (I was at WDW for 19 days)

My 4th was August 2008 and my 5th was October 2008

Thank you for the details. I asked because we were there last July and again twice this November/December trip. They took out the infamous "banana Buzz" with the banana curls and there wasn't a buffalo dish too. I was hoping that the "banana buzz" has made its return. I liked it better than the newer version "banana creme brulee"

The plans have altered slightly for the Sept/Oct trip. My DMom & DDad have decided that they just CAN'T miss out on Poly concierge so they will be staying the entire time!
