yeah, our first trip back to WDW as DVC member
I can't wait but how is the VWL availability during mid-March. I don't want to go during Spring Break but that might be our best option. I was considering April but thats during Magic season and mucho points

Congratulations on getting through ROFR. After we started checking into DVC seriously I began following your posts (and many others here on the board) as you went through your decision making process. Well, we have always loved WL ourselves and decided to make an offer on a resale last week. Sounds like we are a few weeks behind you in the process.

Will see how it goes for us. We are hoping to get there for our first DVC trip during first part of March.

How long did you wait?

It took 7 working days. The contract was signed and faxed back to my broker on 6/14 and he called me back on the 23rd that Diseny had waived their ROFR on my Contract.
If all goes well, the entire resale process should take about 4-6 weeks.
