We Passed ROFR!!

Today is day 21 and my DH received the call (I was working, so I missed the call. Been anxiously waiting for it) this morning that we got by disney. Here is the details:

150 points BWV June use year. $74/point, 25 banked points, all 150 coming on June 1st and none borrowed. We are paying closing costs and maintenance fees.

It is on the higher end of pricing, but we figured it would definately get by Disney (although Disney sure took their time!)

Looks like the recent ROFRs have all been for BWV with a june use year. I wonder if they are bundling the reviews by resort and not first-come, first-served.

congratulations and welcome home, on day 15 of THE WAIT for bwv ourselves, just called shntell's office today to check and she said to wait, she expects to hear by middle of next week, so it looks like bwv and bcv are taking about 3 weeks now, wondering if dvc office swamped with ssr closings and paperwork, except our other pending for okw passed rofr in 1 week, and that contract has all 230 from 03 banked for use with all 04 available
maybe corporate philosophy is okw too plentiful to be worth manhours to break up and sell?
