Finally! Three Years Later! I decided to do a little surprise birthday present. We got such a better deal than resale. I Just signed up for DVC and couldn't be happier. Our renew is in December with BCV and Disney still let us sell our first year points back at 10$ a point. we we planning on a visit in January. Works out great for us. I can't wait! Thanks for all the great info on the board.

Sounds like you got the best deal for you. We always travel in January too, and I wish we had a December Use Year,but when we purchased, we didn't know about this board, so had no idea we could request or even know why we would want to! In reality, I am not sure UY really makes that much difference, but I do know if we had to cancel, it would be bad for us, since our trips are usually in January, and our use year is March. We would potentially lose points.
