You could always spend the amount of the card however you'd like (cash, credit, etc) and then use the AmEx card after on what you would buy anyway

I'm sure they take it, though! Have fun shopping for yourself on someone else's dollar!

I thought about that. But somehow spending it on groceries at Super Target seems so boring, even if I did spend that cash at WDW!

My bosses are fabulous.
I hope there will be a cake to take pics of! Apparently there have been sweeping changes as far as cakes, and many of the former options are no longer available. DH told the bakery lady that he had e-mailed IPO in April to get this cake and then they call on Saturday to say they can't do it. I think making HIM call the bakery added insult to injury. She did say she will have the cake made to our specifications, so we shall see!

If I don't stop buying stuff for the trip we will have to add another bag. I found a navy blue swim skort at Ross today for $6. In my exact size! How could I possibly pass that up?

I still need to put DS's 2 new pairs of shorts in his suitcase.

I am toying with the idea of cancelling our dinner ADR at Spoodles. Thing is, I don't have any inspired ideas of where to go instead. I am thinking of maybe just grazing around World Showcase instead.

Its kinda strange knowing that tonight is our last night home--we're heading to Houson tomorrow to spend the afternoon/evening with my mom prior to our early morning flight on Friday! I'm going over my checklists to make sure we don't forget anything--I can't believe that its time for our vacation

We fly out at dark o'clock on Friday morning, too.
DH keeps talking to me when I try to look at the packing list, and he asks me stupid questions that break my train of thought. If he makes me forget something important I will make him suffer! He thinks he is "helping", but he is just annoying me by asking "Did you pack the passes? Do you have the gift cards? What about this? What about that?" I have it all mapped out JUST FINE but when he talks it distracts me. I will wait until he goes to bed tomorrow, THEN I will pack the really important stuff.

We are leaving TOMORROW!!

I need to pack the important documents, put the ME tags on the luggage, leave the mailbox key for the pet sitter. I also need to look and see what bills are due before we get back and either mail them in or schedule an online payment. I have one library book to return, too.

Mom has her second chemo infusion today. I hope it goes well and that she doesn't feel sick.

I am excited! And typically by this point I have raging insomnia. BUT I was actually sleeping quite well until 4:15 AM when there was this HUGE thumping/stomping noise from somewhere in the building. DH was about to get in the shower but he came out of the bathroom to see what was going on, it woke DS up and he came to our bedroom, and by that point the noise had stopped. We think our downstairs neighbor is crazy, so it was probably her. Although this particular noise is one we haven't heard before, so maybe it was someone else.

At any rate, I stayed in bed until 4:45 and then I gave up.

Library book has been returned, paycheck deposited, bills paid (but need to be mailed), ME tags are on the luggage.

I think I am going to cancel the rental car ressies because I don't want to mess with a rental car. AND I booked them with "questionable" codes which means the ressies can't be modified. I put that we want to pick up the car on Monday, but Monday is the day we check in to SSR so we won't really know how the buses are at that point. I got some extra cash today, so we'll just take a cab if we need to.

I need to print our boarding passes, but I am funny about printing them this early. I only do that for SW since I like to be at the front of the line.

We're headed to the airport in 8 hours! DH is so excited. DS doesn't seem to care one way or the other!

My mom's infusion went OK today. I hope she continues to feel OK! The nurses told her to expect Sunday to be worst, then she should feel better going forward from there. She said her hair is coming out. We knew that was going to happen, but it makes me a little sad.
