Ok, question is it standard for the DVC reps to call you 3-5 days after you leave a message? It seems hard to get in touch with our rep. I call the DVC 1-800 # To get my questions answered.

Depends on your Guide, where they work, vacation schedules, and temp assignments.

Some work from home, some from WDW and DL, some from Celebration, some from Aulani and some from Japan.

They also may have to temporally rotate to other locations including DCL.

Another factor is that VGF is selling faster than they projected and they are trying to close out AKV.

My guess is that hot prospects are getting served first and people with questions are contacted when they have time.

Thank you the 1-800 # is very helpful but it would be nice to talk to the person you bought from. It is what it is I guess not that big of a deal as long as I get answers also THANK YOU everybody for the welcome can't wait to vacation at the Grand can you all post how it was there?
