We Came, We Saw, We Ate...But Mostly We Ate! A January DxDDP Review! U/D Via Napoli!

Well, here I am, back with another dining review, but this time we went DELUXE! First, let me introduce us...

Here is my handsome DH and I with the lovely Alice:

This picture is actually from our December trip, since DH has yet to upload the pics from this most recent trip. DH is 29, but looks like he's 20, and I'm 30, and look like I'm...30 We've been married just over 2 years now and live in SoCal. Normally, you'd find us using our APs at DL, but for the past couple of months, our lives have been all about WDW.

We kind of did this whole dining thing backwards. Our December trip was for our anniversary, but we went with just the DDP, and no signature restaurants. This January trip was a total impulse thing, based on insanely great airfare and a desire to take the pressure off the December trip, and we decided to do the DxDDP with as many signature restaurants as we could stand.

How many signatures? Seven!

Here are the dates/restaurants/meals I'll be reviewing:

1/29 - Yachtsman's Steakhouse - Dinner
1/30 - Grand Floridian Cafe - Breakfast
1/30 - Flying Fish - Dinner
1/31 - Le Cellier - Lunch
1/31 - Rose & Crown - Dinner
2/1 - Via Napoli - Lunch

Snacks
1/25 - Chili and a Cupcake at Roaring Forks
1/27 - Afternoon Picnic on the Wild Africa Trek
1/28 - Muffin and Brownie at Main St. Bakery
1/29 - Snacking Around World Showcase
1/30 - Snack Interlude (no food pics)
1/31 - Beignets at Port Orleans
2/1 - Treats from Karamell-Kuche

Could we survive the seemingly endless amount of food??? Would we explode??? Tune in to find out!

Off topic - I love your Beeker hat! Did you find that in WDW?

I am soooo glad you commented on the hat! I first saw it on our first full day of our December trip, which was 12/3. They were selling them at a cart outside Muppetvision. We left DHS that afternoon without it, but we went back later in the day for the Osborne lights, and I was determined to get it. Well, the cart was closed, but they still had them inside the main Muppet store there (can't remember the name of it). They also had Animal and Kermit hats. A few days later, there were none to be found. Come to find out that they are sold out, and they wouldn't be getting any new ones in until January.

DH really wanted an Animal hat, so we looked at DL when we got home. Turns out the Beaker hat was in-stock there, but the other hats were sold out! When we went back right before our trip, all of them were sold out. On this recent trip to WDW, CMs told us that they can't even keep them on the shelves, so they are always sold out.

I love the hat soooo much! It's really warm, but it also gets lots of attention. CMs are always asking about it, and it got me on the big screen at the Laugh Floor. So, I hope they get more in, and you get a chance to buy one
