I definitely suggest going to the TTC, the Contemp, Poly, and all those resorts usually share a bus, so I’d go to the TTC and boat/monorail from there!

Just came back to talk about the weather again. I was thinking of what I was going to pack, so I went to look at my photos from my last trip in September, and no, I never once wore anything like a sweater, a jacket, pants, NOPE! Just shorts/tshirts/dresses etc. even at night.

My DH thought it was very clear but I was less sure so I asked the valet when we walked out the front door of the Contemporary. Bottom line is you will get there if you just following the sidewalk to the right when you walk out the door.

I love Taylor but I totally get why people don't! Monsters University was so so cute! I've seen it twice now It does have a good message! I heard people were complaining that it showed "too much of college life" because they were at a frat party? But like no one was doing anything crazy so I don't get it. Right?! I couldn't remember the last time I saw it! I fully support finding it to watch!

AH yes that would be so amazing. She literally looks perfect so I would die if I saw her hanging out in AK! It's so cute that you get to share these things with your mom.

Just wanted to chime in on the transportation from AK to MK. You should definitely take a bus to the Contemporary. Yes, the CR does share a bus with the Poly and GF, but the CR is the first drop off. The TTC will be nuts due to the Halloween Party.

It is very easy to walk to the MK from the CR...we have done it many times. When you get off the bus, follow the sidewalk towards the MK (you'll be able to see Space Mountain). It's really foolproof!

Don't forget...you can get into MK at 4pm with your party tickets. We like to take it easy the day of the party...sleep in, visit DTD, etc...so that way we can stay until the end of the party.

We're officially under the 40 day mark!

Yesterday, I received my Magical Express documents in the mail! We will be putting the yellow stickers on our bags again this time so that we don't have to get our own bags. We did it in January and it went seamlessly. Our flight got in some where around 9:30 and our bags were at the hotel before 12:30. Fingers crossed the same will be true this time!

Also, this morning I finally pre-ordered photopass plus! We had it in January and loved it so I'm excited to get all the pictures again!

I'm sure some, if not all, of you have seen the threads about people being able to reserve Be Our Guest for lunch through fastpass+. I've kinda been trying to stay out of everything involving fastpass+/ magicbands and such until all the details are hashed out. My philosophy on most things is not to get too worked out about things I can't change and this falls under that category. That said, I can see why people going during testing periods that aren't involved are upset and I really hope this whole double fastpass thing is resolved by September.

All of this being said, I read on the thread about BOG lunch that those with package reservations could reserve a FP+ time for BOG with the confirmation number on their ME tags. I decided to give it a whirl because, well, why not? It worked and I reserved our time. Of course, no one really knows if it means anything because it seems like it only works because of a loophole. So, I apologize if this is one of those things that's frowned upon but I'll be keeping my ears/eyes open to see what happens with this. If it works when we get there, then that's cool. If not, well we lost nothing.

Day 4: Friday, September 13
Today will find us bright and early at the Magic Kingdom!

Tonight is a MNSSHP night but we will not be attending so the park hours are 9 am - 7 pm.

I'm thinking today we will head straight to the New Fantasyland and try to do Enchanted Tales with Belle. We didn't get to see it in January because the morning we set aside to go there first, it wasn't running when the park opened. Then, when it was open, the wait time shot up to 50 minutes right away.

Afterwards, I'm thinking we'll visit our favorite mermaid since we're in the area.

Depending on the time, we'll either try to catch Gaston's first meet at 10 or ride Under the Sea. Ideally, we'll have time to ride first to minimize the backtracking but we'll see!

I'm thinking at this point we'll probably head over to Tomorrowland. I want to meet Peter Pan/Wendy and the Tremaines but I might have to save that for our next MK day if I don't want DBF to go into character overload first thing in the morning!

We will be leaving the park fairly early because we have a reservation at Cape May Cafe at 6:35! I've read some pretty negative reviews about dinner here recently which scares me a little but I'm still excited about it and to see the Boardwalk area for the first time!

After dinner, we will be heading to Hollywood Studios because of the Limited Time Magic Villains Bash going on until 1 am.

I have every expectation that the park will be a madhouse. I'm going in expecting very little so that I can only be happy with what happens, not disappointed. I'm just hoping things start earlier in the day so by the time we get there, some people will be making their way to Fantasmic/out of the park!

I wouldn't wait in a huge line for it either. We do like that there are different options than most CS places but still not enough to wait. If this FP+ reservation works out, then we will enjoy it. If not, we will just eat elsewhere. I would say there's no harm in seeing if you can make it. There are options to modify/cancel if you change your mind!

She was a great Ariel! Glad to hear about the Riverboat. We might save it as something relaxing to do on our second MK day when we'll probably be pretty tired!

Your AK looks fun, I've been to Tusker House for breakfast, but not lunch and it was really good! We love AK but never stay there too late and we've never seen the parade. Maybe someday!

No one really seems to be sure if the FP+ times we're reserving are even legit or not but I agree it is exciting and hopefully it will work out!
