I have been pricing with the special offer and with my pin...
currently my pin still offers the better offer and yes I am doing it with tickets and DDP and without!
If Joe and Gwendolyn go it cost $750 for all six tickets (not including the water parks)
w/o Joe it cost $1145 for Danny, myself, Dayne, & Asthon
both are for four day hoppers!

I just asked DO WE HAVE TO DO Universal too! can we just do Seaworld and the water parks (thinking Gwendolyn & Joe will join in than)...this is going to take a while to get this all together...

I need a sheet for 2 days US/IOA, 1 day SW, 4 days WDW, 2 days FWB
one w/o FWB...one w/o SW...

BTW: Danny and I feel the same about the deluxe; we were going to go MOD but again if I need two rooms again this year...we are more comfortable at a value...if it is just Danny, myself, Ashton, Dayne, and Dayne's friend the cost of two rooms is exactly what a mod would be...(Dayne's friend is covering his part of his room expense--just as Gwendolyn & Joe will have to do--but, we are paying for the townhouse not dividing that cost only the room at Disney)

I am currently working on spreadsheet for each DIFFERENT part of this equation
may make it easier for Danny to follow!

Are you sure you really want to pay the extra $ for hoppers? We did away with hoppers several years ago. We stick to one park per day and save that money for souvenirs.

I'm back and forth on the hoppers...I like the hoppers...for a few reasons...AK closes early;so if you feel like it you can hit another park...it would be easier to plan a meet with everyone...although I could plan around EMH and meets... just another thought

I found a decent cruise out of NO on 2/28. It's a 7 day. I know if we did a 5 day instead we would have time for visits along the way so I am checking into that. It will either be end of Feb to March 14 and then April 15 to May 10. Those are my windows with Austin's spring break and graduation. Feb is the cheapest month to go for sure. I was wanting Kathy to come down but I don't see them being able to do that so I'll have stop at Lisa's, then you then maybe after the cruise go see Dana and Mel. We are planning a Nashville trip the end of Jan to see Alex play basketball. I thought when I finalize the date maybe she could come down and we could meet.

To much to do, too little time as they say.

Connie: I am iffy on hoppers. The last two times that I've gone, I haven't used them, I've done MYW. But - there were a couple of times during the trip that I wished that I had them. However, it really wasn't worth the extra one hundred bucks it would have cost for me and Mitchell to get them.

Ginny: A cruise in Feb??? I hope you get to go! I will live vicariously through you on the cruise. Maybe I'll mention it to Dh and see if he wants to go this year. I know we're going to the mountains again in May. I'm not sure when they start getting crowded again, but we are going to try and avoid that.

Does anyone happen to know???

We were going to do hoppers and after the first 2 day realized we didn't need them. We really didn't miss them. The only time I wish we had them was the last day. Sheri and I wanted to do MK but we had to go back to DHS so Alex could try again for Jedi training. After he did that at noon we wished we couldl all go back to MK. We managed but I love to end my trip at MK and the castle just one more look.

Don't go to the mountins till it quits freezing at night. May should be good. They normally start getting busy after Memorial Day same as all the other places.

June, July, and August are busy around Pigeon Forge (just like all destinations--when school let's out) the holidays are busy in the TN area too!
we have been the last week of May many times and around Memorial Day is when it starts picking up!

Have you ever thought of staying off site? We had a FABULOUS time in October (and last May reallly) staying off site. It's cheaper AND much more room to spread out. Just thought I'd throw that out there

Just looked up points for you for DVC. Looks like most people rent for $9-10 per point. Depending on size of room and if you wanted a Fri/Sat night will depend on how many points you'd need. Looks like if you did 7 nights in a 2 bedroom it would be a bit over $2,000 depending on resort. BUT if you did just Sun-Thurs it would a lot cheaper.

Well, I am currently putting ALL the numbers together...
I will not be able to work on this again until nap time tomorrow or the weekend. Yesterday, Ashton played his new extreme bike game while I gathered info and today Joe played with him while I worked on it and dissed (that was nice).

Danny said he wants hoppers so that helps figures...
and Gwendolyn wants a day for waterpark fun.

and Disney has called my house twice today and I missed both times...I'm sure it is about the DVC...but, I have no clue I have expressed any interest in the DVC...but, I have been on their ressie website so many times in the last three days!

on another note: I talked to a friend I was working with before I got PG; she is now ofc mgr (the position I wanted--but that's ok)...she said the front desk girls are driving her nuts and not working out...so, jokingly I told her hang in there until Aug "11 and I'll come handle it for them...she told me I don't think those girls will make it that long...but, I have a job when I'm ready...That's a relief,,,I told Danny I was not going back to work cause I was not starting at the bottom and interviewing again...I was just staying home or going back to school and at my age I don't know if I want to go to school...I would love the challenge but don't know if this brain can handle it since the third birth...

How does Ashton like his new bike? Must be a little cold to ride it outside.
I saw the other day that Disney Live is coming near me. What you recommend it for the older kids? If not, Disney on Ice is coming 3 weeks later.
Stick with November! It's not a even a question whether to go May or Nov! The weather is great and the christmas decorations are OUTSTANDING. Also if you go the week you said in NOV/DEC the crowds will be low. I posted about 20 pictures on my thread showing you why you need to stick with November.
Hope you decide your numbers soon. We originally weren't supposed to go until NOV 2011. But now we're taking a cheap as possible 2010 trip. I decided to rent points. Probably AKL but my mind is thinking about BW at Christmas. We're still doing Give a day. (saves 300$ on tickets) I just don't know what to upgrade too. And do I do DP?!

I did, it looks like she's closed twice a week (same as it was in Aug/Sept). And open about eight hours a day. It wasn't crowded when we went, so that gave us plenty of time to do everything we wanted in one day. Sometimes more than once!

I'm really excited about going back...
