Sorry you had housekeeping problems. We also had a problem once with housekeeping.


How are the crowds? Is the pool with the slide crowded? Does the hotel seem full. We always go off season and the hotel always seemed deserted. I was just wondering how it is now.

When we arrived on Wednesday July 11 it didn't seem crowded at all. On Saturday you could tell it had. Sunday morning was a zoo trying to get out with all the other people either checking in or out. The beach and villa pools were not bad at all.

I'll be at PBH next month! Which pool is your favorite? Does it look like all the cabanas are rented every day? Debating whether or not to call and reserve one now seeing as its so hot! Enjoy your stay!

I had that housekeeping problem at the Royal Pacific, it's so disappointing to come back at 4:00pm +++ to a room that's not cleaned.

Hi Sharon you asked about which pool I liked best. I think I liked the Villa Pool the best because the staff made you feel so special. As we were laying on the padded beach chairs a young man came around and asked if we wanted cold citrus water, of course we did. Citrus water is ice water with lemon and lime slices in it. So we were just enjoying that when another young man came around and asked us if we wanted a cold towel, ah yeah. I just felt so pampered. I know I won't get this at Disney so we really enjoyed that.
The Beach pool was fun to just kick back and have fun. We mainly just hung out did a little splashing and my kids and husband went down the slide. The waterfall felt wonderful on my sore neck.
